性能
UHMWPE極高的分子量(HDPE的分子量通常只有2~30萬)賦予其優(yōu)異的使用性能,而且屬于價(jià)格適中、性能優(yōu)良的熱塑性工程塑料,它幾乎集中了各種塑料的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有普通聚乙烯和其它工程塑料無可比的耐磨、耐沖擊、自潤(rùn)滑、耐腐蝕、吸收沖擊能、耐低溫、衛(wèi)生無毒、不易粘附、不易吸水、密度較小等綜合性能。事實(shí)上,目前還沒有一種單純的高分子材料兼有如此眾多的優(yōu)異性能

4、耐化學(xué)品性
UHMWPE具有優(yōu)良的耐化學(xué)品性,除強(qiáng)氧化性酸液外,在一定溫度和濃度范圍內(nèi)能耐各種腐蝕性介質(zhì)(酸、堿、鹽)及機(jī)介質(zhì)(荼溶劑除外)。
其在20℃和80℃的80種機(jī)溶劑中浸漬30d,外表無任何反常現(xiàn)象,其它物理性能也幾乎沒有變化。
5、沖擊能吸收性
UHMWPE具有優(yōu)異的沖擊能吸收性,沖擊能吸收值在所有塑料中最1高,因而噪聲阻尼性能很好,具有優(yōu)良的削音效果。
6、耐低溫性
UHMWPE具有優(yōu)異的耐低溫性,在液氦溫度(-269℃)下仍具有延展性,因而能夠用作核工業(yè)的耐低溫部件。
