機(jī)械特性Mechanical characteristics

拉力強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)Tensile test

將保險(xiǎn)絲固定好后，對(duì)保險(xiǎn)絲引線施加5N的拉力，持續(xù)1分鐘。試驗(yàn)過后，保險(xiǎn)絲沒有任何破損現(xiàn)象。

Exert the axial pulling force of 5N to the both ends of lead wire for 1 minute. After the test the fuse shall be no damage and loosening.

 電氣特性Electrical characteristics

實(shí)驗(yàn)條件Test condition

所有測(cè)試環(huán)境溫度為25±5℃。

All electrical characteristics tests are conducted at an ambient temperature of 25±5℃.

分?jǐn)嗄芰?/font>Interrupting rating test

保險(xiǎn)絲能承受的分?jǐn)嗄芰?/font>：35A或10倍的額定電流當(dāng)中較大的。分?jǐn)嗄芰y(cè)試后測(cè)得保險(xiǎn)

絲的絕緣阻抗值大于0.1ΜΩ。

The fuse interrupting capacity：35A or 10 times the rated current whichever is greater. After

interrupting, the insulation resistance between the fuse terminations shall be not less than 0.1ΜΩ.

3溫度上升試驗(yàn)：通1.5倍額定電流15分鐘，然后每隔15分鐘增加0.1倍額定電流。測(cè)得保

險(xiǎn)絲斷開時(shí)任何部位的溫升不得超過135℃，周圍環(huán)境溫度為25±5℃。

Temperature Rising Test: The rated current of 1.5 times is applied for 15 minutes. After the first 

15minutes, the current is increased by 0.1 times the rated current every 15 minutes until the fuse

operates. The temperature rising on the fuse surface is not higher than 135℃.

 時(shí)間-電流特性 Time-Current Characteristics

 耐久性測(cè)試 Endurance test

對(duì)保險(xiǎn)絲通過相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格單規(guī)定的額定電流1小時(shí),然后截?cái)嚯娏?/font>15分鐘,將該循環(huán)重復(fù)

100次。試驗(yàn)過后保險(xiǎn)絲沒有任何破損現(xiàn)象。

   A ampere rating specified in the relevant standard sheet is passed through the fuse for a period of

1h.The current is then switched off for a period of 15 minutes. This cycle is repeated 100 times. After

the test the fuse shall be no damage and loosening.

 焊接參數(shù) Soldering parameters

 波峰焊 260℃,最大10秒，

Wave soldering 260 ℃,10 sec. Maximum  

 手工焊 370℃,最大5秒，

Manual soldering 370℃, 3 sec. Maximum
