三、進口全自動反沖洗排污過濾器工作原理：

1、定時反沖洗排污：定時清洗排污，可設(shè)定時間為2-24小時動作。當定時時間到，電動執(zhí)行器打開排污閥，過濾器進行排污30-60秒，然后電動執(zhí)行器將轉(zhuǎn)向蝶閥旋轉(zhuǎn)90°至阻擋濾筒位，改變水流途徑，進行反沖洗排污30-60秒。轉(zhuǎn)向蝶閥復(fù)位，繼續(xù)排污3-5秒，然后關(guān)閉排污口。

2、壓差控制排污：壓差控制器動作值可設(shè)定為0.03-0.07MPa,當過濾器前后壓差達到壓差控制器設(shè)定值時，壓差控制器動作，過濾器排污閥開啟，30-60秒結(jié)束，轉(zhuǎn)向蝶閥復(fù)位，繼續(xù)排污3-5秒，關(guān)閉排污閥。

3、手動控制：通過控制箱上按鈕，可直接控制清污、排污。

四、進口全自動反沖洗排污過濾器概述：

德國《LOCKE》洛克-進口全自動反沖洗排污過濾器采用高強度的不銹鋼網(wǎng)，具有處理量大，使用壽命長、清洗效率高等特點。本機采用智能壓差控制、定時控制自動反沖洗過濾網(wǎng)。當過濾器進出口壓差達設(shè)定值或定時器達到設(shè)定時間時，電動控制箱發(fā)出信號驅(qū)動閥門轉(zhuǎn)動，同時排污閥打開。這時水流被迫從過濾網(wǎng)筒的入口段孔進入濾筒外側(cè)與殼體夾層，反向從濾網(wǎng)外側(cè)沖洗粘附在網(wǎng)孔上的雜質(zhì)，達到清潔過濾網(wǎng)的目的，當過濾器進出口壓差恢復(fù)正?；蚨〞r器設(shè)定時間結(jié)束后，電機停止轉(zhuǎn)動，電動排污閥關(guān)閉。整個過程中，液體不斷流，實現(xiàn)了連續(xù)化、自動化生產(chǎn)。
