預(yù)制圓形井體鋼模具，井體采用鋼筋混凝土澆筑成型，其澆筑成型模具包括球形殼體的外模及其內(nèi)部同心設(shè)置的球形內(nèi)模，外模頂部設(shè)有澆筑口與外模和內(nèi)模之間的澆筑腔連通，外模和內(nèi)模上對(duì)應(yīng)井體的進(jìn)出口和連接口的位置設(shè)有開(kāi)口，開(kāi)口內(nèi)固定插裝有模芯。本實(shí)用新型涉及的球形混凝土檢查井具有抗壓、防爆、密閉等特性，能夠滿足民用和軍用的地下工程通信、電纜管溝或排水管溝的檢查、維護(hù)和抗沖擊波要求，澆筑成型模具構(gòu)思巧妙、使用方便，很好地解決球形混凝土檢查井的配套生產(chǎn)難題。城市道路檢查井快修的黑色高強(qiáng)混凝土澆筑料，該澆筑料由鋼纖維、水泥、粗集料、細(xì)集料、著色劑、混凝土外加劑等原料按照一定配比混合而成。該澆筑料具有早期強(qiáng)度高、耐磨性好、與瀝青混凝土色澤一致等特點(diǎn)，且取材方便、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程簡(jiǎn)便、對(duì)外界環(huán)境要求低、無(wú)需碾壓，適用于城市道路瀝青混凝土路面檢查井井周小面積破損的快速修復(fù)，預(yù)制圓形井體鋼模具實(shí)現(xiàn)快速開(kāi)放交通、修補(bǔ)美觀、二次破損率低的功能要求窨井蓋模具，主要包括有上模(1)、下模(13)，上、下模構(gòu)成的成型腔與窨井蓋形狀、結(jié)構(gòu)相一致，其特征在于上模(1)為凸模、下模(13)為凹模，上下模內(nèi)均設(shè)有冷卻水腔(5濕法澆注成型組合式圓形窨井技術(shù)。組合式窨井(見(jiàn)圖1)的施工自由度非常高,它是由底板(底塊)、變向井、直壁井、斜壁井、調(diào)整環(huán)和蓋組成,由于單個(gè)制品重量比較輕,小型施工機(jī)械就可完成施工。在窨井制品中不可缺少的是檢修人員上下用的爬梯,在日本,窨井的爬梯做法有先加法(見(jiàn)圖2和圖3)和后加法(見(jiàn)圖4)兩種。The steel mould of the prefabricated circular well body is poured with reinforced concrete, and the casting mould includes the outer mold of the spherical shell and the spherical internal mold with concentric setting inside. The pouring material has the characteristics of high early strength, good wear resistance, consistent with the color of asphalt concrete, easy to obtain materials, simple production process, low requirements for the external environment, and no need to roll. It is suitable for the rapid repair of small area damage around the inspection well of urban road asphalt concrete pavement. The prefabricated steel mold of circular well body can realize the rapid opening of traffic, beautiful repair and secondary damage rate The mold of manhole cover with low functional requirements mainly includes upper mold (1) and lower mold (13). Due to the light weight of single product, small construction machinery can complete the construction. In the inspection well products, it is indispensable to use the climbing ladder for maintenance personnel. In Japan, there are two climbing methods for inspection well: first adding (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 3) and later adding (Fig. 4).
