The main structural features of lock imported three eccentric butterfly valve are wafer type and flange three eccentric type. 四、進(jìn)口三偏心蝶閥密封原理：

三偏心蝶閥具有雙向無(wú)氣泡緊密關(guān)閉性能，這種幾何形狀保證閥瓣密封只是在關(guān)閉位置時(shí)才與閥體閥座接觸，因此不會(huì)產(chǎn)生摩擦或磨損，并且產(chǎn)生一種扭矩使得彈性密封具有足夠的“焊接"性能，確保密封接觸的均勻一致性。

由于在雙偏心蝶閥的基礎(chǔ)上將閥座中心線形成一個(gè)角偏置，使得蝶閥在開啟過(guò)程中，蝶板的密封面在開啟瞬間立即脫離閥座密封面。而在關(guān)閉瞬間才會(huì)接觸并壓緊閥座密封面。當(dāng)完全開始時(shí)，兩密封面之間形成一個(gè)與雙偏心密封蝶閥相同間隙，該類蝶閥的設(shè)計(jì)，徹底消除了兩密封面之間的機(jī)械磨損和擦傷，使蝶閥的密封性能和壽命都得到大大提高

The three eccentric butterfly valve has a two-way bubble free close performance. This geometry ensures that the disc seal only contacts with the valve body seat in the closed position, so there is no friction or wear, and a torque is generated to make the elastic seal have enough "welding" performance, so as to ensure the uniform contact of the seal.

Since the center line of the valve seat is offset by an angle on the basis of the double eccentric butterfly valve, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate immediately disengages from the sealing surface of the valve seat in the opening process. The sealing surface of the valve seat will be contacted and compressed at the moment of closing. At the beginning, the gap between the two sealing surfaces is the same as that of the double eccentric sealing butterfly valve. The design of this kind of butterfly valve completely eliminates the mechanical abrasion and scratch between the two sealing surfaces, and greatly improves the sealing performance and service life of the butterfly valve

五、進(jìn)口三偏心蝶閥結(jié)構(gòu)特征：

第一個(gè)偏心：軸偏離密封面中心線

第二個(gè)偏心：軸偏離管路及閥門中心線

第三個(gè)偏心：其獨(dú)特的偏心閥座斜錐角與管路中心的夾角，這樣，使得閥座與密封圈在閥門整個(gè)開關(guān)過(guò)程中完全脫離。這種結(jié)構(gòu)既利用了凸輪效應(yīng)，又完全消除了摩擦，去除了磨損和泄漏的可能。

零泄漏：三偏心蝶閥依靠安裝在蝶板上的復(fù)合不銹鋼密封圈來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的零泄漏。

零泄漏是通過(guò)蝶板上密封圈的彈性來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。該密封圈的總結(jié)性是通過(guò)其徑向的壓縮和柔動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的。密封圈與閥座接觸面為斜錐面。密封圈與閥座之間的接觸角產(chǎn)生輕微的“楔式效應(yīng)"，使密封圈發(fā)生柔動(dòng)和徑向壓縮。正由于閥座與密封圈之間均勻接觸以及密封圈的柔性，使得加載在閥座上的載荷均勻，從而用最小的扭矩實(shí)現(xiàn)最嚴(yán)密的切斷。扭矩產(chǎn)生的彈性使得閥門嚴(yán)密關(guān)斷，而與介質(zhì)流向或介質(zhì)壓力無(wú)關(guān)。

The third eccentricity: its unique angle between the inclined cone angle of the eccentric valve seat and the center of the pipeline, so that the valve seat and the sealing ring are completely separated during the whole opening and closing process of the valve. This structure not only uses the cam effect, but also completely eliminates the friction, eliminating the possibility of wear and leakage.

Zero leakage: the three eccentric butterfly valve relies on the composite stainless steel sealing ring installed on the butterfly plate to achieve true zero leakage.

Zero leakage is achieved by the elasticity of the sealing ring on the butterfly plate. The summation of the seal ring is produced by its radial compression and flexible movement. The contact surface between the sealing ring and the valve seat is an inclined cone. The contact angle between the seal ring and the valve seat has a slight "wedge effect", which makes the seal ring flexible and radial compression. Due to the uniform contact between the valve seat and the sealing ring and the flexibility of the sealing ring, the load on the valve seat is even, so as to achieve the most tight cut-off with the minimum torque. The elasticity produced by torque makes the valve close tightly, which is independent of medium flow direction or medium pressure.
