德國(guó)洛克進(jìn)口高壓過濾器的工作原理與使用方法

一、進(jìn)口高壓過濾器概述：

德國(guó)《LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口高壓過濾器(high pressure filter)用于2.5MPA, 600℃以下高溫高壓氣、液體連接的硬管路系統(tǒng)的過濾器。

不銹鋼濾芯采用錐形孔，均勻分布在濾芯四周側(cè)面，流體介質(zhì)從錐形孔大端進(jìn)小端出，流速加快，更易清洗濾芯內(nèi)污物。本過濾器結(jié)構(gòu)合理，使用方便。適用水、油品、蒸汽、天然氣、液化氣、氣體、液體以及某些腐蝕性液體等中高壓介質(zhì)。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于水處理設(shè)備、化工設(shè)備、石化設(shè)備、石油設(shè)備、造紙?jiān)O(shè)備、采礦設(shè)備、電力設(shè)備配套等領(lǐng)域。

The high pressure filter imported by Locke in Germany is used for the filter of the hard pipeline system connected with 2.5MPa, high temperature and high pressure gas and liquid below 600 ℃.

The stainless steel filter element adopts the tapered hole, which is evenly distributed around the filter element. The fluid medium enters from the large end of the tapered hole and exits from the small end. The flow speed is faster, and it is easier to clean the dirt in the filter element. The filter has reasonable structure and convenient use. It is suitable for medium and high pressure media such as water, oil, steam, natural gas, liquefied gas, gas, liquid and some corrosive liquids. Products are widely used in water treatment equipment, chemical equipment, petrochemical equipment, petroleum equipment, papermaking equipment, mining equipment, power equipment and other fields.

二、進(jìn)口高壓過濾器優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1.與同等流量過濾器相比，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊體積小。
2.使用壓力范圍寬。
3.換濾芯方便，用戶可根據(jù)安裝空間，打開上蓋，更換濾芯，可以旋下外殼（先放油）從下面取下濾芯。
4.安裝固定方便：如用戶按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流向安裝有困難時(shí)可拆下蓋上4個(gè)螺釘，把蓋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)180度。這樣就改變了介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向。
5.該過濾器設(shè)有旁通閥和壓差發(fā)訊裝置，雙重保護(hù)功能。當(dāng)濾芯污染堵塞至進(jìn)出口壓差值為發(fā)訊器調(diào)定值時(shí)，發(fā)訊器發(fā)訊，此時(shí)必須更換濾芯。

4. Convenient installation and fixation: if it is difficult for users to install according to the standard flow direction, remove 4 screws on the cover and turn the cover 180 degrees. This changes the flow direction of the medium.

5. The filter is equipped with a bypass valve and a differential pressure transmitter, with dual protection function. When the filter element is polluted and blocked until the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is the set value of the transmitter, the transmitter sends a message, and the filter element must be replaced at this time.
