四、進(jìn)口膜盒式疏水閥工作原理：

熱靜力型膜盒式蒸汽疏水閥的主要?jiǎng)幼髟墙饘倌ず校瑑?nèi)充一種氣化溫度比水的飽和溫度低的液體。裝置剛起動(dòng)時(shí)，管道出現(xiàn)低溫冷凝水，膜盒內(nèi)的液體處于冷凝狀態(tài)，閥門處于開(kāi)啟位置。當(dāng)冷凝水溫度漸漸升高，膜盒內(nèi)充液開(kāi)始蒸發(fā)，膜盒內(nèi)壓力上升，膜片帶動(dòng)閥心向關(guān)閉方向移動(dòng)，在冷凝水達(dá)到飽和溫度之前，疏水閥完全關(guān)閉，膜盒隨蒸汽溫度變化控制閥門開(kāi)關(guān)，起到阻汽排水作用。有開(kāi)溫度低于飽和溫度 15 ℃ 和 30 ℃ 兩種膜盒供選擇。

Before the condensate reaches the saturation temperature, the drain valve is completely closed, and the capsule controls the valve switch with the change of steam temperature, which plays the role of steam blocking and water drainage. There are two kinds of bellows with opening temperature 15 ℃ and 30 ℃ lower than saturation temperature.
