紅薯淀粉分離機改變了手工生產(chǎn)淀粉時因氧化造成的淀粉光彩變差、變暗的現(xiàn)象;加工過程中被破碎打垮的粉渣在顯微鏡下呈絲狀，有利于淀粉從纖維上游離出來，因此進一步提高了淀粉的提取率。
