預(yù)制下水井模具大致說明是由幾塊鋼模板組裝而成的模具，全部使用鋼材料制作，結(jié)實(shí)耐用，適合用于混凝土檢查井的大批量生產(chǎn)。但同時(shí)由于預(yù)制下水井模具  是鋼材質(zhì)的，使用時(shí)就需要更注意模具的保護(hù)和施工人員的操作安全。具體施工方法將在下面進(jìn)行介紹：設(shè)置專人記錄和保存模具，進(jìn)行定期的檢查和保養(yǎng)，以保證投入使用的模具的質(zhì)量，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)問題需要及時(shí)記錄并送修；工人施工時(shí)應(yīng)戴好手套和安全帽，配備專業(yè)服裝，時(shí)刻注意自己的人身安全；施工時(shí)應(yīng)按照先組裝模具、擰緊螺栓，再在模具內(nèi)刷油、灌漿的步驟操作，注意預(yù)制下水井模具 是上下通透的，所以在放置時(shí)就要放在適合風(fēng)干混凝土的位置上，一旦灌漿就不可以再作移動(dòng)，先放模具的外模，再放內(nèi)模以保證準(zhǔn)確控制壁厚均勻；灌漿后要插入振動(dòng)棒充分震動(dòng)，把混凝土中的氣泡趕出以增強(qiáng)整個(gè)預(yù)制下水井模具的密度。灌漿后靜靜等待一到兩天即可拆模，注意拆模時(shí)需要擰開連接處的螺絲，先拆掉內(nèi)模上較小的那塊契型鋼板，再拆剩下的兩塊較大的鋼板和外模。The general description of the prefabricated water well mold is that it is assembled from several steel templates. It shall be noted that the prefabricated water well mold is transparent from top to bottom, so it shall be placed at a position suitable for air-dried concrete. Once grouting is completed, it can not be moved. The outer mold of the mold shall be placed first, and then the inner mold shall be placed to ensure accurate control of wall thickness and uniformity; After grouting, a vibrating rod shall be inserted to fully vibrate and drive out the bubbles in the concrete, so as to enhance the density of the whole prefabricated lower well mold. After grouting, wait quietly for one to two days to remove the formwork. Note that the screws at the joint need to be unscrewed during formwork removal. First remove the smaller wedge-shaped steel plate on the inner formwork, and then remove the remaining two larger steel plates and the outer formwork.
