一、進(jìn)口電動溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥描述:
德國LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口電動溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥(電動溫度控制閥),由控制閥門、執(zhí)行器、傳感器和毛細(xì)管等部件組成。按用途分為加熱型和冷卻型。電動溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥(適用于較大口徑及導(dǎo)熱油控制),該閥最大的特點只需普通220V電源,利用被調(diào)介質(zhì)自身能量,直接對蒸汽、熱水、熱油與氣體等介質(zhì)的溫度實行自動調(diào)節(jié)和控制,亦可使用在防止對過熱或熱交換場合,電動溫度控制閥結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,操作方便,選用調(diào)溫范圍廣、響應(yīng)時間快、密封性能可靠,并可在運(yùn)行中隨意進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),因而廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、石油、食品、輕紡、賓館與飯店等部門的熱水供應(yīng)。
電動溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥主要適用于液體、氣體和蒸汽,在各種冷卻系統(tǒng)中的溫度控制。當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)溫度升高,控制閥門關(guān)閉(加熱型);當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)溫度升高,控制閥門開啟(冷卻型)。

二、進(jìn)口電動溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥主要特點:
(1)使用現(xiàn)場只須具有單相交流電源AC220V和溫度傳感器(溫包)即可自成溫控系統(tǒng)??芍苯犹娲鷾匕妥粤⑹秸{(diào)節(jié)閥,更不須另將溫控儀和執(zhí)行器配接。是調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)和自立式閥門的完美結(jié)合。
(2)執(zhí)行器內(nèi)具有高度集成化的FDY-258T型溫控模塊,將溫控儀和執(zhí)行器合二為一,實現(xiàn)機(jī)電一體化,使溫控系統(tǒng)簡化。
(3)控制精度高,響應(yīng)速度快,性能穩(wěn)定可靠,工作壽命長。
(4)適應(yīng)范圍廣,可在很寬溫度范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行溫度控制。
(5)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,安裝調(diào)試、使用簡便。

三、進(jìn)口電動溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥工作原理:
進(jìn)口電動溫度控制閥由控制閥門、電動執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、溫度傳感器和溫度調(diào)節(jié)器等部件組成,根據(jù)用戶需要,分別有加熱型與冷卻型兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。加熱型調(diào)節(jié)閥的結(jié)構(gòu)與原理:工作前主閥芯處于半開位置,傳感器處于自然狀態(tài)。接上電源,主閥芯全開。介質(zhì)由箭頭方向流入主閥體、經(jīng)閥芯對儲熱箱進(jìn)行加熱。
當(dāng)溫度升到相應(yīng)設(shè)定值時,傳感器即產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)線性信號輸入一體化執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),隨即驅(qū)動閥桿、閥芯產(chǎn)生位移,關(guān)閉主閥芯停止加熱。當(dāng)溫度低于設(shè)定值時,傳感器即產(chǎn)生線性信號輸入一體化執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),驅(qū)使閥芯漸開,使介質(zhì)按拋物線特性流入儲熱箱,進(jìn)行加熱直至設(shè)定值。這樣被控介質(zhì)始終在設(shè)定溫度范圍內(nèi)被控制,從而達(dá)到控溫目的。備注:常說的加熱型、冷卻型。在此閥中只要更換閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)即可以實現(xiàn)。
The imported electric temperature control valve is composed of control valve, electric actuator, temperature sensor and temperature regulator. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor will generate the corresponding linear signal, input the integrated actuator, and then drive the valve stem and spool to produce displacement, close the main valve core and stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal, which is input into the integrated actuator to drive the spool gradually open, so that the medium flows into the heat storage tank according to the parabolic characteristics, and heats up to the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range, so as to achieve the purpose of temperature control. Remarks: heating type, cooling type. In this valve, it can be realized as long as the valve core structure is changed.
