薯類淀粉生產(chǎn)工藝簡(jiǎn)介

我廠是生產(chǎn)國(guó)內(nèi)目前先進(jìn)的薯類淀粉加工設(shè)備，在淀粉生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，薯類經(jīng)過(guò)薯類清洗劑、上料機(jī)、粉碎機(jī)、漿渣分離機(jī)，經(jīng)各級(jí)輸送泵，輸送到下一道工序，然后經(jīng)過(guò)除沙設(shè)備，淀粉經(jīng)過(guò)脫水設(shè)備，真空脫水后成型。不需經(jīng)沉淀池沉淀和吊包，用人少，生產(chǎn)加工成本低，設(shè)備投資回收快，有非常高的生產(chǎn)效率，適用于對(duì)外加工和開辦小型工廠，不需要大面積生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)地和沉淀池。
