河道魚巢式護坡鋼模具指的是具有傳感、溫控功能的沖壓模具、壓鑄模具，以及具有溫控功能、注塑參數及模內流動狀態(tài)等智能控制手段制造的注塑模具。與傳統(tǒng)模具相比，護坡鋼模具具有技術含量高、使用壽命長、應用范圍廣、產品附加值高、市場空間大等特點，高、精、尖是護坡鋼模具最明顯的特征。到目前為止我國塑料模具已出口，但是大部分出口的模具還是沒有競爭力的低端護坡模具。隨著自動化智能制造成為現代制造業(yè)的重要發(fā)展方向，我國低人力資源成本生產的傳統(tǒng)模具逐漸被淘汰，塑料模具行業(yè)要想發(fā)展，就必須加快發(fā)展護坡鋼模具，用河道魚巢式護坡鋼模具代替低傳統(tǒng)模具，這樣一來就可以提高產品質量和生產效率，實現自動化生產。River fish nest slope protection steel mold refers to the stamping mold and die casting mold with sensing and temperature control functions, and the injection mold with intelligent control means such as temperature control function, injection parameters and flow state in the mold.
