德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進口中低壓電磁閥采用先導式結(jié)構(gòu),閥芯均為不銹鋼活塞,活塞環(huán)不會被介質(zhì)中是雜質(zhì)卡死,動密封性能高,壽命長,活塞與金屬閥腔不產(chǎn)生直接摩擦,閥體安裝方向無限制;專制線圈,不易燒毀;長時間停止動作同樣靈敏;零泄漏量;使用壽命長100萬次以上。
進口中低壓電磁閥工作原理:
常閉:當線圈通電時,先導閥芯吸合,先導孔打開,閥上腔卸壓,活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動,電磁閥打開。
當線圈斷電時,先導閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位,先導孔關(guān)閉,閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力,電磁閥關(guān)閉。
常開:當線圈通電時,先導閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位,先導孔關(guān)閉,閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力,電磁閥關(guān)閉。
當線圈斷電時,先導閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位,先導孔打開,閥上腔卸壓,活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動,電磁閥打開。
Working principle of imported medium and low pressure solenoid valve:
Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is relieved, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.
When the coil is powered off, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston orifice and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.
