1.6%的硅在600℃高溫下凝固而組成，其整個結(jié)構(gòu)由鋁-鐵-硅-鋅形成致密的四元結(jié)晶體，這個合金體具有超強(qiáng)的耐腐蝕性，是純鍍鋅板的3倍。

以至于輕鋼房屋的使用壽命可長達(dá)數(shù)百年。熱鍍鋁鋅，從名字上來看，與熱鍍鋅相似，就是處理之后金屬表面附帶的保護(hù)層不一樣罷了，

前者是鋁鐵硅鋅合金，后者是鋅鐵合金層，鍍55%鋁鋅鋼卷之鋁鋅合金結(jié)構(gòu)是由55%鋁、43.4%鋅與1.6%硅在600℃高溫下固化而組成，

其整個結(jié)構(gòu)由鋁鐵硅鋅，形成致密的四元結(jié)晶體，此結(jié)晶體在鋼板上形成一層屏障，因而有效的防止腐蝕因子穿透，耐腐蝕能力較佳。
