概述Overview

本產(chǎn)品是一種斜盤式軸向柱塞變量泵，專為開(kāi)式回路液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)的，采用通軸結(jié)構(gòu)，額定工作壓力可達(dá)28MPa。

This product is an axal piston pump in swash plate design for hydrostatic drives in open circu't operation. Withthrough- shaft construction, its rated operating pressure is up to 28MPa.

控制裝置Control Devices

1.直接控制DG Direct Control DG

通過(guò)在油0X施加一個(gè)外部切換壓力使變量泵達(dá)到最小擺角。控制油可直接供給控制活塞，需要的最小壓力為50bar。變量泵只能在

Vomn與Vnma之間切換。

注意:油DX所需的切換壓力與壓力油0B的實(shí)際工作壓力直接相關(guān)。

An external switching pressure can be appled to Port X to minimize the swivel angle of the vanable pump. Control oil can be supplied directly for the control piston under the necessary minimum pressure of 50 bar. The variable pump can only be shited between Vom and Vow Note: the switching pressure needed at Port X is in direct correlation wth the actual working pressure of Pressure Port B.

2、壓力控制DR Pressure Control DR

壓力控制使泵的出口壓力保持恒定，因此支量泵只提供液壓累統(tǒng)的執(zhí)行元件所需的液壓油流量。出口壓力可在控制閥上無(wú)級(jí)設(shè)定。

The pressure control will keep the outlet pressure constant.Therefore, the varable pump only delivers as much fluid as required by the actuator elements of the hydrauic system.The oulet pressure can be set through stepless adjustment on the control valve.
