陶氏反滲透膜BW30FR-400安裝前準(zhǔn)備

1、沖洗系統(tǒng)管路：如果系統(tǒng)是全新的，在安裝反滲透膜之前需充分沖洗系統(tǒng)管路，以避免碎片、溶劑、或余氯等與膜元件接觸。

2、清潔壓力容器：在安裝反滲透膜之前需清潔壓力容器的內(nèi)部，防止污垢或碎片沉積在膜元件外表面。建議用海綿球浸入50%的甘油溶液后，采用合適的工具在膜殼內(nèi)部來回擦洗，將膜殼內(nèi)壁清潔干凈。在清潔過程中，要注意不讓工具劃傷膜殼內(nèi)表面。

DOW FILMTEC BW30FR-400 reverse osmosis elements incorporate Dow"s proprietary FR (fouling resistant) membrane technology that provides excellent fouling resistance and cleanability and are designed to purify water with high biological or organic fouling potential in systems with well-controlled pretreatment. This high rejection membrane has a wide pH cleaning range (pH 1-13) that allows for effective cleaning of scale, organic compounds, and biofilm.
