進口銅球閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

1、流體阻力小，球閥是所有閥類中流體阻力最小的一種，即使是縮徑球閥，其流體阻力也相當小。

2、開關(guān)迅速、方便，只要閥桿轉(zhuǎn)動90°，球閥就完成了全開或全關(guān)動作，很容易實現(xiàn)快速啟閉。

3、密封性能好。球閥閥座密封圈一般采用聚四氟乙烯等彈性材料制造，易于保證密封，而且球閥的密封力隨著介質(zhì)壓力的增加而增大。

進口銅球閥安裝說明：

1、球閥前后管線已準備好。前后管道應同軸，兩法蘭密封面應平行。管道應能承受球閥的重量，否則管道上必須配有適當?shù)闹巍?

2、把閥前后管線吹掃干凈，清除掉管道內(nèi)的油污、焊渣和一切其它雜質(zhì)。

3、核對球閥的標志，查明球閥完好無損。將閥全開全閉數(shù)次證實其工作正常。

4、拆去球閥兩端連接法蘭上的保護件。

5、檢查閥孔清除可能有的污物，然后清洗閥孔。閥座與球之間即使僅有微小顆粒的異物也可能會損傷閥座密封面。

6、把閥裝上管線。閥的任何一端都可裝在上游端。用手柄驅(qū)動的閥可安裝在管道上的任意位置。但帶有齒輪箱或氣動驅(qū)動器的球閥應直立安裝，即安裝在水平管道上，且驅(qū)動裝置處于管道上方。

7、閥法蘭與管線法蘭間按管路設計要求裝上密封墊。

8、法蘭上的螺栓需對稱、逐次、均勻擰緊。

9、連接氣動管線（采用氣動驅(qū)動器時）。

10、操作驅(qū)動器啟、閉球閥數(shù)次，應靈活無滯澀，證實其工作正常。

11、按管路設計要求對管道與球閥間的法蘭結(jié)合面進行密封性能檢查。

Installation instructions for imported copper ball valve:
1. The pipeline before and after the ball valve is ready. The front and rear pipes shall be coaxial, and the sealing surfaces of the two flanges shall be parallel. The pipe should be able to bear the weight of ball valve, otherwise the pipe must be equipped with proper support.
2. Purge the pipeline before and after the valve to remove the oil, welding slag and all other impurities in the pipeline.
3. Check the mark of the ball valve and find out that the ball valve is intact. Fully open and close the valve several times to confirm its normal operation.
4. Remove the protective parts on the connecting flanges at both ends of the ball valve.
5. Check the valve hole, remove possible dirt, and then clean the valve hole. Even if there are only small particles between the valve seat and the ball, the sealing surface of the valve seat may be damaged.
6. Install the valve into the line. Any end of the valve can be installed at the upstream end. The valve driven by handle can be installed at any position on the pipeline. However, ball valves with gearboxes or pneumatic actuators shall be installed vertically, i.e. on horizontal pipes, with the driving device above the pipes.
7. Install gasket between valve flange and pipeline flange according to pipeline design requirements.
8. The bolts on the flange shall be tightened symmetrically, step by step and evenly.
9. Connect pneumatic pipeline (when pneumatic driver is used).
10. Operate the drive to open and close the ball valve for several times, and it should be flexible without stagnation to confirm its normal operation.
11. Check the sealing performance of flange joint surface between pipeline and ball valve according to pipeline design requirements.
