德國(guó)洛克 《DE LOCKE 》進(jìn)口常開(kāi)式氣動(dòng)隔膜閥，不通氣源時(shí)，閥體為常開(kāi)狀態(tài)，通氣后關(guān)。該氣動(dòng)常開(kāi)式襯氟隔膜閥專用于控制非腐蝕性或強(qiáng)腐蝕性介質(zhì)，閥體內(nèi)腔表面無(wú)襯里或覆有可供選擇的各種襯氟塑料，適用于不同工作溫度和流體管路。

Introduction of imported normally open pneumatic diaphragm valve:
German Locke "de Locke" imports normally open pneumatic diaphragm valve. When the air source is not available, the valve body is normally open and closed after ventilation. The pneumatic normally open fluorine lined diaphragm valve is specially used to control non corrosive or strongly corrosive media. The surface of the inner cavity of the valve body is unlined or covered with various fluorine lined plastics for selection. 進(jìn)口常開(kāi)式氣動(dòng)隔膜閥維護(hù)保養(yǎng)和安裝使用注意事項(xiàng):

1. 隔膜閥應(yīng)存放在干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)，嚴(yán)禁堆迭放置。

2. 庫(kù)存隔膜閥的通路兩端必須封口，以防止異物進(jìn)入內(nèi)腔而損傷密封部件，且應(yīng)避免與油類物品接觸。

3. 隔膜閥的金屬加工表面應(yīng)清除污垢，并涂以防銹油。油杯內(nèi)需經(jīng)常注以潤(rùn)滑油脂。

4. 襯膠層或橡膠隔膜表面切勿涂刷油脂類物品，以免產(chǎn)生橡膠溶脹而影響閥門使用壽命。

5. 在存放期間或停用期間，應(yīng)逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪，使閥門處于微啟狀態(tài)，避免使隔膜因長(zhǎng)期受壓而失去彈性。

6. 運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中或安裝時(shí)，吊索不得系結(jié)在手輪或閥桿上。并嚴(yán)禁與其他金屬或硬質(zhì)物件撞擊，以防止損傷零件和襯膠。

7. 安裝前，應(yīng)仔細(xì)核對(duì)管路的運(yùn)行條件及介質(zhì)是否與本閥的適用范圍相符，避免選用不當(dāng)而造成不必要的損失，乃至發(fā)生意外事故。

8. 除不宜應(yīng)用于真空管路上，可在管路的任意位置安裝作雙向流動(dòng)，但應(yīng)確保操作和維修的方便。

9. 安裝前，應(yīng)將閥體內(nèi)腔清洗干凈，防止污垢卡阻或損傷密封部件，氣動(dòng)隔膜閥價(jià)格，并檢查各部件連接螺栓是否均布緊固。

10. 運(yùn)行中必須經(jīng)常檢查與介質(zhì)接觸的部件，并按實(shí)際使用情況，定期更換易損部件。

11. 當(dāng)更換隔膜時(shí)，應(yīng)注意切勿將隔膜擰得過(guò)緊或過(guò)松。

12. 應(yīng)用于間斷性運(yùn)行管路上，氣動(dòng)隔膜閥銷售，則在停止使用期間，應(yīng)清洗與介質(zhì)接觸部位，以延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

Precautions for maintenance, installation and use of imported normally open pneumatic diaphragm valve:
1. The diaphragm valve shall be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and stacking is strictly prohibited.
2. Both ends of the channel of the diaphragm valve must be sealed to prevent foreign matters from entering the inner cavity and damaging the sealing parts, and avoid contacting with oil.
3. The metal working surface of diaphragm valve shall be cleaned of dirt and coated with antirust oil. The oil cup should be filled with lubricating grease frequently.
4. Do not brush grease on the rubber lining or rubber diaphragm surface to avoid rubber swelling and affecting the service life of the valve.
5. During storage or out of service, turn the hand wheel counterclockwise to make the valve slightly open to avoid the diaphragm losing its elasticity due to long-term pressure.
6. The sling shall not be tied to the hand wheel or valve stem during transportation or installation. It is strictly forbidden to collide with other metal or hard objects to prevent damage to parts and rubber lining.
7. Before installation, carefully check whether the operation conditions and medium of the pipeline are consistent with the scope of application of the valve, so as to avoid unnecessary losses and accidents caused by improper selection.
8. Except that it is not suitable for vacuum pipeline, it can be installed at any position of the pipeline for two-way flow, but the convenience of operation and maintenance should be ensured.
9. Before installation, the inner cavity of the valve body should be cleaned to prevent dirt from blocking or damaging the sealing parts. The price of the pneumatic diaphragm valve should be reduced, and the connecting bolts of all parts should be checked to see if they are evenly distributed and fastened.
10. During the operation, the parts contacting with the medium must be checked frequently, and the vulnerable parts must be replaced regularly according to the actual use.
11. When replacing the diaphragm, pay attention not to screw the diaphragm too tight or too loose.
12. When it is applied to the pipeline with intermittent operation and the pneumatic diaphragm valve is sold, the parts in contact with the medium should be cleaned to extend the service life.
