德國(guó)洛克《DE LOCKE》進(jìn)口油用電磁閥，Oil solenoid valve，是指用于控制油、石油、原油、柴油、液壓油、導(dǎo)熱油、潤(rùn)滑油等油介質(zhì)的開啟和關(guān)閉的電磁閥，一般采用黃銅或者不銹鋼材質(zhì)，防爆，耐高壓，耐高溫，耐腐蝕。

進(jìn)口油用電磁閥安裝維護(hù)：

1、安裝前應(yīng)仔細(xì)核對(duì)閱讀產(chǎn)品使用說明書，檢查產(chǎn)品是否完全符合使用要求，熟悉安裝要點(diǎn)，做好準(zhǔn)備工作。

2、安裝之前用管路的***高使用壓力對(duì)管路充分沖洗，沖洗時(shí)間應(yīng)在5分鐘以上，把管路中的金屬粉末、殘留密封材料、焊接后的氧化皮等完全清除。

3、電磁閥應(yīng)水平安裝，線圈在上。閥不宜裝在低凹處，如裝在容器的排出管道中，注意不可自容器底部引出，而應(yīng)裝在容器底部稍上的位置。

4、接管時(shí)應(yīng)注意，密封材料不可使用過量，如螺紋連接時(shí)，接管螺紋應(yīng)保持有效長(zhǎng)度內(nèi)，并在端部半螺紋距處用銼刀倒角，自端部起兩牙處開始纏繞密封帶，不然過量密封帶或粘結(jié)將進(jìn)入電磁閥內(nèi)，而發(fā)生妨礙電磁閥正常動(dòng)作的事故。

5、油用電磁閥入口前側(cè)應(yīng)安裝流水閥，該處接管應(yīng)傾斜，流水閥應(yīng)裝在低位，***好裝多通反沖過濾器。

6、如果介質(zhì)會(huì)起水擊現(xiàn)象，要注意電磁閥的選用或采取相應(yīng)的防范措施。

Installation and maintenance of imported oil solenoid valve:
1. Before installation, carefully check and read the product manual, check whether the product fully meets the requirements, be familiar with the installation points, and make preparations.
2. Before installation, the pipeline shall be fully flushed with the high service pressure of the pipeline, and the flushing time shall be more than 5 minutes. The metal powder, residual sealing material and oxide scale after welding in the pipeline shall be completely removed.
3. The solenoid valve should be installed horizontally with the coil on it. The valve should not be installed in a low concave place. For example, it should be installed in the discharge pipe of the container. It should not be led out from the bottom of the container, but should be installed slightly above the bottom of the container.
4. When connecting pipes, it should be noted that the sealing material should not be used excessively. For example, when connecting threads, the thread of connecting pipes should be kept within the effective length, and the half thread distance at the end should be chamfered with a file, and the sealing belt should be wound at the two teeth from the end, otherwise excessive sealing belt or bonding will enter into the solenoid valve, which will hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve.
5. A flow valve should be installed in front of the inlet of the oil solenoid valve, the connecting pipe should be inclined, the flow valve should be installed in the low position, and the multi-way backwash filter should be installed.
6. If the medium will cause water hammer, pay attention to the selection of solenoid valve or take corresponding preventive measures.
