二、 Advantages of imported high pressure safety valve structure:
1. The spring micro open safety valve has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small return pressure difference and convenient adjustment.
2. Nozzle type valve seat: the valve seat is a beval nozzle type valve seat. When the steam flows through the outlet of the valve seat, it reaches the sound speed and has a large emission coefficient. The sealing surface of the valve seat is overlaid with cobalt chromium tungsten carbide, which is wear-resistant, erosion resistant and long service life.
3. Thermoelastic disc: the disc is designed as a thermoelastic structure, which can improve the sealing ability by making use of its tiny deformation under the medium pressure, and overcome the forward leakage phenomenon when the safety valve is close to the set pressure under the medium pressure. The sealing surface of valve disc adopts advanced laser quenching technology, which improves the hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance.
4. Adjusting nut: by adjusting the adjusting nut and adjusting the spring compression, the valve can easily and quickly obtain the accurate setting pressure.
5. Back pressure adjusting sleeve: it is an auxiliary mechanism to adjust the back pressure of the valve disc. Through the adjustment of the back pressure adjusting sleeve, the appropriate return pressure difference can be obtained. When it is raised, the back pressure of the valve will be reduced. When the valve is lowered, the back pressure of the valve is increased.
