進口偏心半球閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

1、偏心半球閥其結(jié)構(gòu)采用偏心契緊原理通過傳動機構(gòu)達到閘緊、調(diào)節(jié)、關(guān)閉的目的，密封副是金屬面環(huán)帶硬面接觸密封，雙偏心結(jié)構(gòu)在開啟時閥芯位于藏球室內(nèi)，流通截面大，且閥門不被沖刷，關(guān)閉時閥芯不被沖刷，開啟時閥芯球面沿閥座漸進，有效地切除結(jié)垢障礙，實現(xiàn)可靠密封。它對兩相混流易結(jié)垢固體析出的混流輸送特別有效；

進口偏心半球閥工作原理：

偏心半球閥由閥桿帶動球體繞旋轉(zhuǎn)中心A轉(zhuǎn)動時，球體由B點移到C點，此時相對閥門中心O，從B到C的軌跡為一凸輪狀偏心，向下進入閥座使閥門關(guān)閉保持密封。該閥由于存在上述凸輪原理，閥門關(guān)閉件從開啟到關(guān)閉過程中，作用在閥座上的力逐漸增加，即關(guān)閉件表面與閥座由完全脫離至接觸，并逐漸增大密封比壓，直至完全密封，反之亦然。這就大大改善了以往球閥的密封狀態(tài)和密封效果，適合高溫高壓及易結(jié)晶磨損嚴重的場合使用。
