德國(guó)《DE LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口全天候單呼閥充分利用油罐本身的承壓能力來(lái)減少油蒸氣排放，其原理是利用閥盤(pán)的重量來(lái)控制油罐的呼氣正壓和吸氣負(fù)壓。當(dāng)罐內(nèi)氣體的壓力在機(jī)械呼吸閥的控制壓力范圍之內(nèi)時(shí)，呼吸閥不動(dòng)作，保持油罐的密閉性；當(dāng)罐內(nèi)氣體空間的壓力升高，達(dá)到呼吸閥的控制正壓時(shí)，壓力閥被頂開(kāi)，氣體從罐內(nèi)逸出，使罐內(nèi)壓力不在繼續(xù)增高；當(dāng)罐內(nèi)氣體空間的壓力下降，達(dá)到呼吸閥的控制負(fù)壓時(shí)，罐外的大氣將頂開(kāi)真空閥而進(jìn)入罐內(nèi)，使罐內(nèi)的壓力不在繼續(xù)降低。

進(jìn)口全天候單呼閥維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：

1、存放：

呼吸閥產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)達(dá)工地后，若暫時(shí)不安裝或以后工廠大修、檢修，應(yīng)存放在有防雨設(shè)施的倉(cāng)庫(kù)中：呼吸閥系列產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)輸時(shí)不得倒置。

2、維護(hù)：

呼吸閥系列產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)每月上罐頂檢查一次，檢查閥盤(pán)、閥座、閥桿、閥套等部位是否有灰塵、污垢，若有，應(yīng)清理干凈：每半年給閥套、閥桿擦拭一遍變壓器油。

每半年應(yīng)檢查阻火器呼吸閥的阻火層一次，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有污漬、雜質(zhì)堵塞阻火層，應(yīng)取下阻火層，用相對(duì)應(yīng)的溶劑清楚污漬，然后用清水將阻火層清洗干凈，放在通風(fēng)吹干后再放入殼體內(nèi)。

以上產(chǎn)品殼體內(nèi)外表面的油漆應(yīng)每年涂刷一遍。

1. Storage:
After arriving at the construction site, if the breathing valve products are not installed temporarily or are overhauled or overhauled in the future, they should be stored in the warehouse with rain proof facilities: the breathing valve series products should not be upside down during transportation.
2. Maintenance:
Respiratory valve series products should be inspected on the top of the tank once a month to check whether there is dust and dirt on the valve disc, valve seat, valve stem, valve sleeve and other parts. If there is, it should be cleaned up: wipe the transformer oil on the valve sleeve and valve stem once every half a year.
Check the flame retardant layer of the breathing valve of the flame arrester once every six months. If it is found that there are stains and impurities blocking the flame retardant layer, remove the flame retardant layer, use the corresponding solvent to remove the stains, then clean the flame retardant layer with clean water, and put it into the shell after ventilation and drying.
The internal and external surfaces of the above products shall be painted once a year.
