進(jìn)口蒸汽電磁閥（螺紋）工作原理：

1.蒸汽電磁閥為分步動(dòng)作直接先導(dǎo)式電磁閥，可根據(jù)斷電時(shí)所處開(kāi)、關(guān)狀態(tài)的不同，可分為常閉式電磁閥和常開(kāi)式電磁閥。 

2.常閉蒸汽電磁閥，線圈通電后，銜鐵在電磁力作用下先帶動(dòng)副閥閥塞提起，主閥閥杯上的流體經(jīng)副閥流走，減少了作用在主閥閥杯上的壓力，當(dāng)主閥閥杯上的壓力減少到一定值時(shí)，銜鐵帶動(dòng)主閥閥杯，并利用壓差而使主閥閥杯開(kāi)啟，介質(zhì)流通。線圈斷電后，電磁力消失，銜鐵因自重下落復(fù)位。同時(shí)依靠介質(zhì)壓力，主副閥得以緊密關(guān)閉。 

3.常開(kāi)蒸汽電磁閥，線圈通電后由于吸力作用，動(dòng)鐵芯下移，把副閥閥塞壓下，副閥關(guān)閉，主閥閥杯內(nèi)壓力上升，當(dāng)壓力升到一定值時(shí)，主閥閥杯的上下壓差一樣，由于電磁力作用，動(dòng)鐵芯失去主閥閥杯下，壓緊主閥閥座，閥門關(guān)閉。線圈斷電時(shí)，電磁吸力為零，副閥閥塞和支鐵芯由于彈簧作用向上提起，副閥打開(kāi)，利用壓差把主閥閥杯推起，主閥打開(kāi)，介質(zhì)流通。

Working principle of inlet steam solenoid valve (thread):
1. steam solenoid valve is a direct pilot solenoid valve with step action. It can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve according to the different opening and closing state when power is off.
2. normally close the steam solenoid valve. After the coil is energized, the armature first drives the auxiliary valve plug to lift under the electromagnetic force. The fluid on the main valve cup flows through the auxiliary valve, reducing the pressure acting on the main valve cup. When the pressure on the main valve cup is reduced to a certain value, the armature drives the main valve cup, and makes the main valve cup open and the medium flows through the differential pressure. After the coil is cut off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the armature is reset due to its own weight. Meanwhile, depending on the medium pressure, the main and secondary valves can be closed tightly.
3. normally open steam solenoid valve. After the coil is energized, the core moves down due to suction. Press down the secondary valve plug, close the secondary valve, and the pressure in the main valve cup rises. When the pressure rises to a certain value, the pressure difference between the upper and lower of the main valve cup is the same. Due to the electromagnetic force, the moving core loses the lower part of the main valve cup, and compresses the main valve seat and the valve closes. When the coil is de energized, the electromagnetic suction is zero. The secondary valve plug and support core are lifted upward due to the spring action, and the auxiliary valve is opened. The main valve cup is pushed up by the differential pressure, the main valve is opened and the medium flows.

Steam solenoid valve (screen) is a kind of solenoid valve used to switch off steam medium, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
