德國DE LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口自力式溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥利用液體受熱膨脹及液體不可壓縮的原理實(shí)現(xiàn)自動調(diào)節(jié)。溫度傳感器內(nèi)的液體膨脹是均勻的。其控制作用為比例調(diào)節(jié)被控介質(zhì)溫度變化時，傳感器內(nèi)的感溫液體體積隨著膨脹或收縮。被控介質(zhì)溫度高于設(shè)定值時，感溫液體膨脹。推動閥芯向下關(guān)閉自力式溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥，減少熱媒的流量；被控介質(zhì)的溫度低于設(shè)定值時，感溫液體收縮．復(fù)位彈簧推動閥芯開啟，增加熱媒的流量。按用途分為加熱型和冷卻型。當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)溫度升高，控制閥門關(guān)閉（加熱型）； 當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)溫度 升高，控制閥門開啟（冷卻型）。自力式溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥主要適用于采暖空調(diào)生活熱水、石油化工、電力、機(jī)電紡織、橡膠、食品等行業(yè)。

3、 Product description of imported self-contained temperature regulating valve:
The self-contained temperature regulating valve imported by de lock lock in Germany realizes automatic adjustment by using the principle of liquid heating expansion and incompressibility. The liquid expansion in the temperature sensor is uniform. The control function is to adjust the temperature of controlled medium in proportion, and the volume of temperature sensing liquid in the sensor expands or contracts. The reset spring pushes the valve core to open, and increases the flow of the heat medium. According to the use, it can be divided into heating type and cooling type. When the temperature of controlled medium increases, the control valve is closed (heating type); when the temperature of controlled medium increases, the control valve opens (cooling type). Self-propelled temperature regulating valve is mainly used in heating and air conditioning domestic hot water, petrochemical industry, electric power, mechanical and electrical textile, rubber, food and other industries.
 

四、進(jìn)口自力式溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥工作原理：

進(jìn)口自力式溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥按用途可分為：加熱用溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥、冷卻用溫度 調(diào)節(jié)閥、三通合流溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥、三通分流溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥。不同用途的自力式溫度 調(diào)節(jié)閥的工作原理大體相同，都是利用感溫液體受熱膨脹、遇冷收縮及液體不 可壓縮的原理進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。

下面以加熱用溫度調(diào)節(jié)閥為例，結(jié)合工作原理示意圖說明其工作過程：將 溫度傳感器插入被控介質(zhì)中，當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)溫度升高時，感溫液體膨脹，作用力 克服彈簧阻力，推動閥芯向下移動，閥門趨于關(guān)閉，從而減少熱媒介質(zhì)流量； 反之，當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)溫度低于設(shè)定值時，感溫液體收縮，彈簧復(fù)位推動閥芯開啟，增加熱媒介質(zhì)流量，使被控介質(zhì)溫度趨于升高。循環(huán)往復(fù)，從而使被控介質(zhì)溫 度始終保持在設(shè)定溫度值的允許范圍內(nèi)。

4、 Working principle of imported self-contained temperature regulating valve:
The imported self-contained temperature regulating valve can be divided into: temperature regulating valve for heating, temperature regulating valve for cooling, three-way combined temperature regulating valve and three-way shunt temperature regulating valve. The working principle of self-contained temperature regulating valve for different purposes is basically the same, which is adjusted by the principle of heating expansion, cold shrinkage and incompressibility of liquid.
The following is an example of the temperature regulating valve for heating, and the working process is illustrated with the schematic diagram of the working principle: insert the temperature sensor into the controlled medium. When the temperature of the controlled medium increases, the temperature sensing liquid expands, the force overcomes the spring resistance, pushes the valve core to move downward, and the valve tends to close, thus reducing the flow of the medium; On the contrary, when the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature sensitive liquid shrinks, and the spring reset pushes the valve core to open, and increases the flow rate of the medium, which makes the temperature of the controlled medium tend to rise. The temperature of controlled medium is kept within the allowable range of set temperature value.
