一、進(jìn)口三閥組結(jié)構(gòu)作用：

三閥組是在安裝和撤除的時(shí)候,需要用到平衡閥.否則,差壓的量程一般很小,如果廠(chǎng)家的過(guò)載能力不強(qiáng),很容易損壞,在流量傳感器儀表接入工藝管道時(shí)要用“三閥組”，作用是：

1、在管道由初始狀態(tài)（空）加入介質(zhì)時(shí)，傳感器兩側(cè)壓力會(huì)突然變化，壓差增大，為避免，應(yīng)先關(guān)閉傳感器兩側(cè)的閥A、B，打開(kāi)旁通閥C；

2、在介質(zhì)充滿(mǎn)管道，并趨近平穩(wěn)、平衡后，逐漸打開(kāi)A、B，使傳感器兩側(cè)均勻施加壓力；

3、*關(guān)閉閥C，傳感器開(kāi)始正常工作；

4、關(guān)閉順序與上述情況相反。此外，三閥組還有其它作用，如運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后清洗管道，傳感器部分不受影響（管路被旁通）

 

二、進(jìn)口三閥組描述：

德國(guó)《DE LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口三閥組可配接：3051、3095、1151、EJA、FX-2、FCX-A/C及霍尼韋爾ST3000系列等變送器,由閥體、二個(gè)截止閥及一個(gè)平衡閥組成,差壓變送器投入運(yùn)行時(shí)的操作程序,打開(kāi)差壓變送器上兩個(gè)排污閥，而后打開(kāi)平衡閥，再慢慢打開(kāi)二個(gè)截止閥，將導(dǎo)壓管內(nèi)的空氣或污物排除掉,關(guān)閉二個(gè)排污閥，再關(guān)閉平衡閥，變送器即可投入運(yùn)行。 差壓變送器零點(diǎn)在線(xiàn)校驗(yàn)操作程序：先打開(kāi)平衡閥，關(guān)閉二個(gè)截止閥，即可對(duì)變送器進(jìn)行零點(diǎn)校驗(yàn)。

Inlet three valve manifold

1、 The structure and function of imported three valve manifold are as follows:
The three valve group needs to use the balance valve when installing and removing. Otherwise, the range of differential pressure is generally small. If the overload capacity of the manufacturer is not strong, it is easy to damage. When the flow sensor instrument is connected to the process pipeline, the "three valve group" should be used. Its function is to:

1. When the medium is added into the pipeline from the initial state (empty), the pressure on both sides of the sensor will change suddenly, and the pressure difference will increase. To avoid this, the valves a and B on both sides of the sensor should be closed first, and the bypass valve C should be opened;
2. After the medium fills the pipe and approaches stable and balanced, gradually open a and B to apply pressure evenly on both sides of the sensor;
3. Finally, close the valve C and the sensor starts to work normally;
4. The closing sequence is the reverse of the above. In addition, the three valve group has other functions, such as cleaning the pipeline after a period of operation, and the sensor part is not affected (the pipeline is bypassed)

2、 Description of inlet three valve manifold:
The imported three valve manifold of German "de Locke" can be matched with: 3051, 3095, 1151, EJA, FX-2, fcx-a / C and Honeywell ST3000 series transmitters, which are composed of valve body, two stop valves and one balance valve. The operation procedure of differential pressure transmitter when put into operation, Open the two blowdown valves on the differential pressure transmitter, then open the balance valve, and then slowly open the two stop valves to remove the air or dirt in the pressure pipe, close the two blowdown valves, and then close the balance valve, and the transmitter can be put into operation. Differential pressure transmitter Zero online calibration operation procedure: first open the balance valve, close the two stop valves, then the transmitter zero calibration.
