進口平板閘閥結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢:

1.閥體有鑄造和焊接兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。

2.閥座采用O形密封圈密封和施加預(yù)緊力的浮動閥座結(jié)構(gòu)，使閥門進出口雙向密封；并且該結(jié)構(gòu)的啟閉力矩僅為普通閥門的1/2，能達到輕松開、關(guān)閥門。

進口平板閘閥工作原理:

1. 采用浮動閥座，雙向啟閉，密封可靠，啟閉靈活。

2. 閘板均有導(dǎo)向條給予精密導(dǎo)向，同時密封面均噴焊硬質(zhì)合金，耐沖蝕。

3. 閥體承載能力高，通道為直通式，全開時，與閘板導(dǎo)流孔相貫通和直管相似，流阻很小。閥桿采用復(fù)合填料，多重密封，使得密封可靠，摩擦力小。

4. 關(guān)閉閥門時，順時針轉(zhuǎn)動手輪，閘板下移至底部，由于介質(zhì)壓強的作用，將進口端密封座推向閘板方向，形成較大的密封比壓，從而形成*道密封。同時，將閘板壓向出口端密封座上，成為雙重密封。

5. 由于采用雙重密封，所以可在不影響管道工作的情況下更換易損件。這是本廠產(chǎn)品優(yōu)先于國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的重要特征。

6. 開啟閘板時，逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪，閘板上移，導(dǎo)流孔與通道孔相貫通。隨著閘板的上升，貫通孔逐漸加大，至極限位置時，導(dǎo)流孔與通道孔相重合，此時全開。

Working principle of imported flat gate valve:
1. Floating valve seat, two-way opening and closing, reliable sealing, flexible opening and closing.
2. The ram is provided with guide strip for precise guidance, and the sealing surface is sprayed with cemented carbide for erosion resistance.
3. The bearing capacity of the valve body is high, and the channel is straight through. When it is fully opened, it runs through the gate diversion hole and is similar to the straight pipe, and the flow resistance is very small. The valve stem adopts compound packing and multiple sealing, which makes the sealing reliable and the friction force small.
4. When closing the valve, turn the hand wheel clockwise to move the ram down to the bottom. Due to the effect of medium pressure, the seal seat at the inlet end is pushed to the direction of the ram to form a larger sealing pressure, thus forming the first seal. At the same time, the ram is pressed to the sealing seat at the outlet end to form a double seal.
5. Due to the double sealing, the wearing parts can be replaced without affecting the pipeline work. This is an important feature that our products have priority over similar products at home and abroad.
6. When opening the gate, rotate the hand wheel anticlockwise to move the gate up and connect the diversion hole with the passage hole. With the rise of the ram, the through hole increases gradually. When it reaches the limit position, the diversion hole coincides with the passage hole, and then it is fully open.

德國洛克《DE LOCKE》平板閘閥的兩邊密封是在閥門的中軸上平衡分布的機械密封，所以平板閘閥適用于天然氣、石油、和化工品的管線運輸。

從設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)來說，平板閘閥分為帶導(dǎo)流孔和不帶導(dǎo)流孔的。帶導(dǎo)流孔的平板閘閥，其流量特性等同于同規(guī)格的管道，呈等百分比特性，不帶導(dǎo)流孔的平板閘閥，其中腔跨度較楔式閘閥小，且屬于規(guī)則的圓柱體，所以基本上除壓力損失較帶導(dǎo)流孔的大外，其余特性基本接近。
