德國(guó)《DE LOCKE》洛克進(jìn)口電動(dòng)法蘭刀型閘閥具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單緊湊、設(shè)計(jì)合理、輕型節(jié)材,密封可靠、操作輕便靈活、體積小、通道流暢、流阻小、重量輕、易安裝、易拆卸等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可在工作壓力1.0MPa-2.5MPa，使用溫度-29-650℃情況下正常工作。刀型閘閥其閘板具有剪切功能，可刮除密封面上的粘著物，自動(dòng)清除雜物，不銹鋼閘板可防止腐蝕引起的密封泄漏。

驅(qū)動(dòng)部分采用多回轉(zhuǎn)電動(dòng)裝置，用以驅(qū)動(dòng)和控制閥門的開啟和關(guān)閉，操作人員可以在控制室內(nèi)遠(yuǎn)距離對(duì)閥門進(jìn)行控制也可以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)手動(dòng)操作，也可以與計(jì)算機(jī)配合實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制。廣泛應(yīng)用于排水、供熱、電站、化工、食品、造紙、制藥、煤碳、采礦等工程，滿足了現(xiàn)代工、農(nóng)業(yè)自動(dòng)化要求。

It can work normally under the working pressure of 1.0mpa-2.5mpa and service temperature of - 29-650 ℃. The gate of knife gate valve has shearing function, which can scrape away the adhesive on the sealing surface and remove the sundries automatically. The driving part adopts the multi rotation electric device to drive and control the opening and closing of the valve. 四、進(jìn)口電動(dòng)法蘭刀型閘閥產(chǎn)品維護(hù)：

1、手輪、手柄及傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)均不允許作起吊用，并嚴(yán)禁碰撞。

2、雙閘板閘閥應(yīng)垂直安裝（即閥桿處于垂直位置，手輪在頂部）。

3、帶有旁通閥的閘閥在開啟前應(yīng)先打開旁通閥（以平衡進(jìn)出口的壓差及減小開啟力）。

4、帶傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的閘閥，按產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書的規(guī)定安裝。

5、如果閥門經(jīng)常開關(guān)使用，每月至少潤(rùn)滑一次。

4、 Maintenance of imported electric flange knife gate valve:
1. Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
2. The double gate valve should be installed vertically (i.e. the stem is in the vertical position and the hand wheel is at the top).
3. The gate valve with bypass valve should be opened before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).
4. The gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the product manual.
5. If the valve is used frequently, lubricate it at least once a month.
