  1. 1. 一般事項General：

1.1 適用范圍Application:

本規(guī)格書主要適用于一般電子設備使用之交流電源插座.

This specification is applied to the AC socket used in electronic equipment.

1.2 測試標準狀態(tài)Standard atmospheric conditions:

無特殊要求的情況下測試溫度、濕度、大氣壓如下:

Unless otherwise specified. the standard range of atmospheric conditions for making measurements and tests are as follows:

(1)溫度為5~35℃.

(2)濕度為45%~85%.

(3)大氣壓為86Kpa~106kpa.

  1. 2. 外觀、結(jié)構(gòu)及尺寸Appearance construction and dimensions:

2.1 外觀Appearance:

插座各處之加工須良好，產(chǎn)品表面無生銹、刮傷、裂痕、電鍍不良及鍍層脫落等現(xiàn)象. AC socket shall have good finishing, and shall have no rust, crack or plating failure.

2.2 使用環(huán)境surroundings condition:

使用中應避免插座表面與空氣長時間接觸及與油漬水溶劑接觸.

AC socket’s surface shall avoid contact with oil sludge and shall not be exposed to the air for a long time.

2.3 結(jié)構(gòu)及尺寸要求Construction and dimensions:

耐電壓

Dielectric withstand strength test

在端子與端子之間以及端子與本體之間施加2000V AC / 60±5sec

進行測試.

AC 2000V being applied between all terminals and frame for 1min.

Without damage to parts arcing or breakdown ETC. leakage current:0.5mA.

無絕緣破裂等異常，漏電流為0.5mA.

將樣品置入70℃環(huán)境中并維持1 小時，然后向插銷垂直方向施加

60N的力1分鐘.

The specimen shall be heated to temperature of 70℃for 1H. then a static load of 60N be applied to pins for one minute.

 

端子移動量不可超過2.5mm. No movement exceeding 2.5mm.

安裝孔強度Driving strength of mounting holes

以9kg-cm的力將M3螺絲穿過產(chǎn)品安裝孔并鎖入模具螺孔內(nèi). Using A self-tapping screw of M3 through the mounting holes and driving screws to the mold in a trogue.

 

安裝孔無破裂

No damage os appeared for holes.

 

4.5

超音波強度

Ultrasonic weld force

沿超音波熔接之相反方向施加靜負荷3kgf/1分鐘.

A static load of 3kgf shall be applied in reverse of welding of cover for 1 minute.

蓋板無脫落現(xiàn)象.

The cover shall not sustain any problem as breaking.

可焊性測試

Solderability test

端子頂部浸入溫度為230℃±5℃的焊錫池中約2mm深，浸入時間為3±0.5秒.

The top of the terminals shall be dipped 2mm in the solder bath of

230℃±5℃for 3±0.5seconds.

 

著焊面積不可小于75%.

The area of soldering should be over 75%.

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.2

 

 

耐焊性測試Soldering heat resistance

端子頂部浸入錫池中約2mm深，焊錫溫度和時間如下:

The top of the terminals shall be dipped 2mm, temperature and duration of dipping:

本體及產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)無變形并滿足電氣性能要求.

No abnormalities shall be observed in appearance and operation. The electrical performance of the above item 3 shall be assured.

 

 

 

 

 

5.3

 

 

 

壽命測試

Life test

在無負荷的狀態(tài)下將與標準插頭結(jié)合在一起的插座以1分鐘

10~25次的速度進行6000次的插入拔出.

Without load: connection and disconnection shall be made with the mating plugs and jacks for 6,000 cycles at a speed of 10~25 cycles/min.

滿足于機械、電氣性能要求，接觸電阻不大于60mΩ.

Mechanical and electrical characteristics shall be satisfied. Contact resistance shall be 60 mΩ

max.

 

 

 

 

5.4

 

 

耐熱性

Dry proof

將測試樣品放置于80±2℃的環(huán)境中96小時后，再置于常溫常濕內(nèi)1小時后進行測試.

The AC socket shall be stored at a temperature of 80±2℃for 96H.

and then it shall be subjected to the controlled recovery conditions for 1H after which measurement shall be made.

接觸電阻30mΩ以下。塑膠本體無變形或破裂.

Contact resistance 30mΩmax.

Deformation or cracks shall not be recognized in molded part.

 

 

 

 

5.5

 

 

耐寒性

Cold proof

將測試樣品放置于-20±2℃的環(huán)境中96小時后，再放置于常溫常

濕內(nèi)1小時后進行測試.

The specimen shall be stored at a temperature of -20±2℃for

96H.and then the specimen shall be subjected to the controlled recovery conditions for 1H,after which measurement shall be made..

接觸電阻30mΩ以下。塑膠本體無變形或破裂.

Contact resistance 30mΩmax.

Deformation or cracks shall not be recognized in molded part.

 

 

 

 

 

5.6

 

 

 

耐潮濕性

Damp heat

將測試樣品放置于40±2℃/濕度90%~95%的環(huán)境中96小時后，再放置于常溫常濕內(nèi)1小時后進行測試.

The specimen shall be stored at a temperature of 40±2℃and Relative humidity of 90%~95 for 96H. and then the specimen shall be subjected to the controlled recovery conditions for 1H,after which

measurement shall be made..

 

接觸電阻30mΩ以下。塑膠本體無變形或破裂.

Contact resistance 30mΩmax. Deformation or cracks shall not be recognized in molded part.

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.7

 

 

 

 

 

鹽霧測試

溫度:35±2℃ 鹽水濃度: 5%±1,PH值: 6.5~7.2時間24小時.試驗后須用水將產(chǎn)品表面沖洗干凈，然后置于室溫內(nèi)1小時后再檢查產(chǎn)品外觀.

Temperature: 35±2℃Salt Water:5%±1 weight to concentration ratio, PH:6.5~7.2 Time: 8Hrs.

After test specimens shall be washed in running water and be stored

under standard recovery condition for 1 hour. The specimens shall be visually inspected.

 

 

 

 

無明顯氧化或生銹現(xiàn)象發(fā)生.
