U型導(dǎo)水槽模具基本流程主要是以對接口的不同作出詳細(xì)的說明，通過對U型導(dǎo)水槽模具的了解，除了采用平口方式對接外，還有使用承插口(子母扣)的方式，用于保證了連接的穩(wěn)定以及平衡性。對于工程要求設(shè)置的對接形式，是以模具制作的不同點體現(xiàn)出來的。目前兩種U型導(dǎo)水槽模具的設(shè)置方式中，以平口的使用量較多，其他方式的較少，平口的U型槽在模具生產(chǎn)來看非常方便，而且預(yù)制塊的脫模也是非常順利，不需要其他的工具。這種形式的U型槽預(yù)制塊在新疆、東三省以及其他地區(qū)使用量都是很多的。承插口形式的U型導(dǎo)水槽模具主要是為了預(yù)制塊在拼接起來的完整性，這一來就可以保證不會發(fā)生移動，而且一凸一凹的設(shè)置保證了對流水的順暢性，不會發(fā)生大面積的滲漏。承插口U型導(dǎo)水槽模具的價格相對于平口U型槽鋼模具來說貴一些，因為在材料上用的比較多，人工制作也是比較費工的，所以使用前者的不多。The basic process of the U-shaped guide groove mold is mainly to make a detailed description of the different interfaces.
