冷軋鋼板字面意思是冷加工，熱軋鋼板是熱加工，結晶的溫度不一樣。冷軋鋼板在結晶溫度以下，而熱軋鋼板需要在結晶溫度以上壓制。

冷軋鋼和熱軋鋼區(qū)別不在冶煉過程，而是在于軋鋼溫度，或者說軋鋼終止溫度。終軋溫度低于鋼材再結晶溫度的就成為冷軋鋼。熱軋鋼容易軋制，

軋鋼效率高，但是熱軋條件下鋼材氧化，產(chǎn)品表面是黑灰暗淡的。冷軋鋼要求軋機功率大，軋制效率低，

而且軋制過程中為了能消除加工硬化還要進行中間退火，所以成本也較高，但是冷軋鋼表面光亮，質量好，可以直接用來加工成品，

因此冷軋鋼板應用十分廣泛。
