搪瓷管的使用性能受溫度影響

搪瓷管經過高溫焙燒、冷卻后，搪瓷與鋼板就粘結在了一起。由于搪瓷的線膨脹系數和延伸率小于鋼板的特性，冷卻后搪玻璃的變形量會小于鋼板的變形量，而搪瓷受到鋼板的約束就會產生壓應力。也就是說搪瓷管制成后，搪玻璃會存在一種預壓縮應力，而鋼板則存在預拉伸應力。

由于預應力與線膨脹系數和延伸率相關，而線膨脹系數、延伸率又與溫度密切相關，因此搪瓷管的工作溫度對瓷管本身的使用會帶來很大的影響。在這里需要注意溫度的變化，如果溫度變化大，很容易使搪瓷產生的應力超過使用應力，從而引起搪瓷的破壞，一旦搪瓷層遇到冷、熱急變，極易發(fā)生爆瓷現象。

給水管道損壞的處理：

1.如泄漏輕微，能夠維持水位，可短時間運行。

2.如給水管道爆，應設法將故障管段與系統(tǒng)解列，若不能解列又無法保持汽包水位時，應停爐。

蒸汽管道損壞時的處理：

1.如泄漏輕微，不致很快擴大故障時，可維持短時間運行，若故障加劇，直接威脅人身或設備安全時，則應停爐。

2.如鍋爐蒸汽管道爆，若無法維持汽機的汽壓或直接威脅人身、設備安全時，亦應停爐。

3.如蒸汽母管爆，應設法將故障段與系統(tǒng)解列。

附屬設備故障

風機故障：

現象：

1.風機電流表指針擺動過大，爐膛負壓表波動。

2.風機的入口或出口的風壓發(fā)生變化。

3.轉子或外殼發(fā)生磨擦等不正常的響聲。

4.軸承發(fā)熱溫度過高。

5.風機振動，串軸過大。

6.風機跳閘后事故音響報警。

原因：

1.葉片磨損嚴重，轉子腐蝕和積灰，使之失去平衡，發(fā)生振動；

2.軸承潤滑油質不良、油量不足或冷卻水中斷，軸承溫度升高損壞；

3.葉輪與其軸間松動，地腳螺絲松動；

4.檢修時風機平衡未找好，或電機中心找正不好；

5.電動機故障掉閘，或誤操作，電氣故障或偶合器故障。
