RN-BJ16型全自動(dòng)中速紙杯機(jī)采用臺(tái)面式布局，將成型模具與傳動(dòng)部分隔離，把傳動(dòng)件設(shè)置在臺(tái)面下機(jī)架箱體內(nèi)。機(jī)器擁有自動(dòng)噴淋潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，采用縱軸傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)、圓柱分度結(jié)構(gòu)和齒輪傳動(dòng)相結(jié)合的方式。臺(tái)面上設(shè)置各成型模具，便于清理維護(hù)。

RN-BJ16采用圓柱分度凸輪只有一個(gè)鋁盤完成制杯的結(jié)構(gòu)，使機(jī)器速度更快、機(jī)型更小。它具有光電檢測(cè)，故障報(bào)警，計(jì)數(shù)等功能。

通過(guò)自動(dòng)傳動(dòng)送紙，封合（粘合杯型），注油，沖底，翻底，加熱，滾花，卷邊，卸杯等連續(xù)工序，是提高生產(chǎn)飲料杯、茶水杯、咖啡杯、廣告紙杯、品嘗杯的理想設(shè)備，產(chǎn)能可達(dá)70-90只/分鐘。

購(gòu)買流程：售前資訊，提供購(gòu)買方案，達(dá)成意向和確定交貨時(shí)間，按客戶要求生產(chǎn)，生產(chǎn)完成開(kāi)始出貨。（如果客戶是新入行業(yè)者，培訓(xùn)操作）然后發(fā)貨到客戶使用。

售后流程：客戶使用時(shí)間，發(fā)生機(jī)器故障，及時(shí)溝通的24小時(shí)電話。如需上門服務(wù)，公司會(huì)安排師傅上門解決。另提供機(jī)器相關(guān)耗損配件。提供先關(guān)維護(hù)工具等。

傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)Transmission structure

縱軸齒輪傳動(dòng)，圓柱分度凸輪伏化內(nèi)部布局，保證傳動(dòng)精度同步性能高，從而達(dá)到行程之間配合協(xié)調(diào)性，避免干擾運(yùn)動(dòng)部件，清除鏈條傳動(dòng)時(shí)抖動(dòng)和傳動(dòng)不平穩(wěn)的缺點(diǎn)。

機(jī)器亮點(diǎn)  Advantage

一、（多次送紙）三次送紙，多次調(diào)解，避免紙杯兩邊高低不平。
