操作人員在嫻熟地掌握設備的性能、機械結構和操作規(guī)程后才能上崗作業(yè)。操作時，若設備發(fā)生故障，應對癥采取以下維修和保養(yǎng)措施：

1、分離機常見故障及排除使用時，磨漿分離機磨片間隙應調(diào)整為0.5毫米左右，操作時先擰上部的手柄以使螺旋旋緊，然后回退90度即可；如果刨碎分離和磨漿分離機在工作時出現(xiàn)主軸卡碰，應立即停車檢查；若發(fā)現(xiàn)軸承損壞應及時更換同型號的軸承；制粉機組工作時，若發(fā)現(xiàn)刨碎分離機的電流表長時間處于超載狀態(tài)，應調(diào)整清洗機的喂人量。

特別注意的是：刨碎分離機和磨漿分離機一定要嚴防鐵石等硬雜物進入機內(nèi)，以免損壞機件。

2、整機維修及保養(yǎng)要點：小型薯類制粉設備各傳動軸承應經(jīng)常加注潤滑油、脂，尤其是磨漿分離機和刨碎分離機主軸兩端的油杯，每工作48小時應加注一次鈣基潤滑脂，整機每月須定期保養(yǎng)一次；

制粉組合單機上所有的電器設備和傳動皮帶均不得打濕或進水，以免發(fā)生短路或皮帶打滑事故；若發(fā)現(xiàn)傳動皮帶打滑應及時調(diào)整皮帶輪距，使皮帶漲緊；清洗機螺旋下的鋼絲網(wǎng)使用一定的期限后易損壞，每加工50萬公斤鮮薯后應予以更新；刨絲滾筒上裝置的齒條使用一段時間后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)效率下降、粉渣變粗，應將齒條拆下，換另一面新齒繼續(xù)使用；薯類制粉機組停用后，應對整機維修保養(yǎng)，清洗軸承并注足滑潤油、脂，所有電器設備均應采取防潮措施，以免影響設備的性能和使用壽命。

The operator can work only after mastering the performance, mechanical structure and operation rules of the equipment. In case of equipment failure during operation, the following repair and maintenance measures shall be taken:

1. When using the separator, the disc clearance should be adjusted to about 0.5mm. During operation, the upper handle should be screwed tightly, and then it can be backed back 90 degrees. If the main shaft of the crushing separation and pulp separator collides, the machine should be stopped for inspection immediately. If the bearing is damaged, the bearing of the same type should be replaced in time; the pulverizing unit works If it is found that the ammeter of the crushing separator is overloaded for a long time, the feeding amount of the cleaning machine should be adjusted.

Special attention is: Planer separator and grinding separator must strictly prevent iron and stone and other hard debris into the machine, so as to avoid damage to machine parts.

2. Main points for maintenance and repair of the whole machine: lubricating oil and grease should be added to the drive bearings of small potato milling equipment, especially the oil cups at both ends of the main shaft of the grinding separator and the planer separator. Calcium based grease should be added once every 48 hours of operation, and the whole machine should be maintained regularly once a month;

All electrical equipment and driving belts on the single machine of pulverizing unit shall not be wet or watered, so as to avoid short circuit or belt slipping accident; the rack of the device on the shaving drum is used to make the belt tight After using for a period of time, if it is found that the production efficiency decreases and the powder slag becomes coarse, the rack should be removed and replaced with a new tooth on the other side for continuous use; and the bearing should be cleaned and filled with lubricating oil and grease. All electrical equipment should be provided with moisture-proof measures to avoid affecting the performance and service life of the equipment.
