耐材炮泥機(jī)簡介：

         炮泥機(jī)又叫耐材炮泥機(jī)，無水炮泥機(jī)，擠泥機(jī)等等。在耐火材料廠主要用于無水炮泥的生產(chǎn)制作。在以前，耐材廠生產(chǎn)的有水炮泥的技術(shù)指標(biāo)越來越不能跟上現(xiàn)代化鋼鐵生產(chǎn)的需要，隨著無水炮泥技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品在鋼鐵廠的推廣應(yīng)用，無水炮泥的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過有水炮泥，無水炮泥受到廣大鋼鐵廠的歡迎。

         該設(shè)備具有質(zhì)量好、經(jīng)久耐用、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、便于維修等特點(diǎn)。他是以高鋁質(zhì)耐火材料加焦油，焦末，蒽油等耐火材料加溫攪拌擠出成形的炮泥成型設(shè)備，可用于無水炮泥、耐火材料炮泥的擠出成型。它是根據(jù)我廠多年的炮泥生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，研制開發(fā)的新一代機(jī)型，具有可控溫加熱功能。

         在耐材企業(yè)推廣應(yīng)用廣泛的就屬耐材炮泥機(jī).

         我們現(xiàn)在就簡單的介紹一下耐材炮泥機(jī)的技術(shù)參數(shù)：

         電機(jī)功率:：18.5千瓦 減速機(jī)型號：400型

         加熱功率: ：3.0千瓦加熱控制方式： 溫度控制柜

         泥缸直徑：300mm擠出口直徑：150mm（可根據(jù)客戶要求定制加工）

         螺旋長度：680mm螺旋葉片厚度;20mm

         主機(jī)組成：槽鋼基座、電機(jī)、加重型減速機(jī)、炮泥機(jī)軸承座、壓料口、螺旋工作缸、出料口、加熱控制柜等及部分組成。

 Brief introduction of refractory gun mud m achine:

Gun mud m achine is also called refractory gun mud m achine, waterless gun mud m achine, mud squeezing m achine and so on. It is m ainly used in the production of anhydrous gun mud in refractory plant. In the past, the technical indicators of water gun mud produced by refractory m aterials factory can not keep up with the needs of modern iron and steel production. With the popularization and application of anhydrous gun mud technology and products in iron and steel plants, the technical indicators of waterless gun mud are far more than that of water gun mud, which is welcomed by the m ajority of iron and steel plants.

The equipment has the characteristics of good quality, durability, s i mple structure and easy m aintenance. It is a high alumina refractory with tar, coke powder, anthracene oil and other refractories. It can be used for the extrusion of anhydrous gun mud and refractory gun mud. It is a new generation model developed on the basis of m any years' e x perience in the production of gun mud in our factory. It has the function of controllable temperature heating.

耐材炮泥機(jī)操作注意事項(xiàng)：

1.     不得重載直接起動，先加熱，再開電機(jī)，再推離合器，才能供料。如沒離合器裝置機(jī)  內(nèi)不準(zhǔn)有料，空車起動正常后，方可供料。下班時等料出完在停機(jī)，停機(jī)后將出料口  卸下清理干凈，一邊下次開車時空車啟動。

2.      操作離合器時不能用力過猛

3.      機(jī)器在正常情況下方可生產(chǎn)。

4.      注意使用下料工具，禁止人為強(qiáng)行填料，以免發(fā)生悶車和機(jī)械人身事故

5.      原料進(jìn)行處理，保持均勻水分濕度

6.      生產(chǎn)中機(jī)器如有故障，立即停機(jī)檢修，嚴(yán)防事故

7.      泥刀泥缸間保持一定空隙，如磨損過大，應(yīng)及時更換

8.      停車時應(yīng)先停止供料數(shù)分鐘，在拉離合器，關(guān)電源

9.      機(jī)器如長時間不用，應(yīng)及時清理干凈，去下出料口清理干凈上油，防止生銹

10.長時間停機(jī)將各轉(zhuǎn)動部位注油防止生銹

Precautions for operation of refractory gun mud m achine:

1. It is not allowed to start directly with heavy load. Heat first, turn on the motor, and then push the clutch to feed. If there is no clutch device, there is no m aterial in the m achine, and the m a terial can be supplied after the empty car starts norm ally. When off duty, stop the m achine when the m aterial is discharged. After the shutdown, unload the discharge port and clean it up. At the   s a me time, the next time the vehicle starts driving.

2. Do not use too much force when operating the clutch

3. The m achine can be produced under norm al conditions.

4. Pay attention to the use of cutting tools. It is forbidden to force stuffing artificially, so as to avoid vehicle j a m and mechanical accidents

5. The raw m aterials should be treated to keep even moisture and humidity

6. In case of m achine failure in production, stop the m achine immediately for m aintenance and strictly prevent accidents

7. Keep a certain gap between the mud cutter and the mud cylinder. If the wear is too large, it should be replaced in time

8. Stop feeding for a few minutes, pull the clutch and turn off the power

9. If the m achine is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned up in time, and cleaned and oiled at the lower outlet to prevent rust

10. Stop the m achine for a long time and inject oil into the rotating parts to prevent rusting
