薯類(lèi)磨漿分離機(jī)是以鮮薯、薯干為主要原料，將這些原料加工成淀粉的一種淀粉加工設(shè)備，它一次可以完成粉碎、磨漿、分離三道工序，該機(jī)有結(jié)構(gòu)工藝簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便，省工省力，是一種理想的淀粉加工設(shè)備。
華升牌鮮薯淀粉機(jī)采用進(jìn)的鋸齒式齒輥，將鮮薯通過(guò)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的齒輥將鮮薯刨成細(xì)絲狀，且碎渣少，不堵塞過(guò)濾網(wǎng)，有利于淀粉的提取，同時(shí)鋸齒鋒利耐磨， 了作業(yè)的連續(xù)性。淀粉機(jī)特殊的漿渣分離裝置使刨碎的薯絲通過(guò)兩次水沖洗，使淀粉和粉渣有足夠的時(shí)間進(jìn)行分離，從而提高淀粉的提取率。
操作人員嫻熟地掌握設(shè)備的性能、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和操作規(guī)程后才能上崗作業(yè)。操作時(shí)，若設(shè)備發(fā)生故障，應(yīng)對(duì)癥采取以下維修和保養(yǎng)措施：
1、分離機(jī)常見(jiàn)故障及排除使用時(shí)，磨漿分離機(jī)磨片間隙應(yīng)調(diào)整為0.5毫米左右，操作時(shí)先擰上部的手柄以使螺旋旋緊，然后回退90度即可；如果刨碎分離和磨漿分離機(jī)在工作時(shí)出現(xiàn)主軸卡碰，應(yīng)立即停車(chē)檢查；若發(fā)現(xiàn)軸承損壞應(yīng)及時(shí)更換同型號(hào)的軸承；制粉機(jī)組工作時(shí)，若發(fā)現(xiàn)刨碎分離機(jī)的電流表長(zhǎng)時(shí)間處于超載狀態(tài)，應(yīng)調(diào)整清洗機(jī)的喂人量。
特別注意的是：刨碎分離機(jī)和磨漿分離機(jī)一定要嚴(yán)防鐵石等硬雜物進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)，以免損壞機(jī)件。
2、整機(jī)維修及保養(yǎng)要點(diǎn)：小型薯類(lèi)制粉設(shè)備各傳動(dòng)軸承應(yīng)經(jīng)常加注潤(rùn)滑油、脂，尤其是磨漿分離機(jī)和刨碎分離機(jī)主軸兩端的油杯，每工作48小時(shí)應(yīng)加注一次鈣基潤(rùn)滑脂，整機(jī)每月須定期保養(yǎng)一次；
制粉組合單機(jī)上所有的電器設(shè)備和傳動(dòng)皮帶均不得打濕或進(jìn)水，以免發(fā)生短路或皮帶打滑事故；若發(fā)現(xiàn)傳動(dòng)皮帶打滑應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整皮帶輪距，使皮帶漲緊；清洗機(jī)螺旋下的鋼絲網(wǎng)使用一定的期限后易損壞，每加工50萬(wàn)公斤鮮薯后應(yīng)予以更新；刨絲滾筒上裝置的齒條使用一段時(shí)間后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)效率下降、粉渣變粗，應(yīng)將齒條拆下，換另一面新齒繼續(xù)使用；薯類(lèi)制粉機(jī)組停用后，應(yīng)對(duì)整機(jī)維修保養(yǎng)，清洗軸承并注足滑潤(rùn)油、脂，所有電器設(shè)備均應(yīng)采取防潮措施，以免影響設(shè)備的性能和使用壽命。
Potato refining and separating m achine is a kind of starch processing equipment, which takes fresh potato and dried potato as m ain raw m aterials and processes these raw m aterials into starch. It can complete three processes of crushing, refining and separating at one time. The m achine has s i m p l e structure, convenient operation, labor-saving and labor-saving. It is an ideal starch processing equipment.
Shengtai brand fresh potato starch m achine adopts the sawtooth type toothed roller. The fresh potato will be sliced into fine fila ments through the high-speed rotating toothed roller, which has less slag and does not block the filter screen, which is conducive to the extraction of starch. At the sa me time, the teeth are sharp and wear-resistant, which ensures the continuity of operation. The special separating device of starch m achine m akes the shredded potato go through two times of water washing, so that the starch and the powder residue have enough time to separate, so as to improve the extraction rate of starch.
The operators can only work after m astering the perform ance, mechanical structure and operation rules of the equipment. In case of equipment failure during operation, the following repair and m aintenance measures shall be taken:
1. When using the separator, the disc clearance should be adjusted to about 0.5mm. During operation, the upper handle should be screwed tightly, and then it can be backed back 90 degrees. If the m ain shaft of the crushing separation and pulp separator collides, the m achine should be stopped for inspection immediately. If the bearing is da m aged, the bearing of the sa me type should be replaced in time; the pulverizing unit works If it is found that the a mmeter of the crushing separator is overloaded for a long time, the feeding a mount of the cleaning m achine should be adjusted.
Special attention is: Planer separator and grinding separator must strictly prevent iron and stone and other hard debris into the m achine, so as to avoid da m age to m achine parts.
2. Main points for m aintenance and repair of the whole m achine: lubricating oil and grease should be added to the drive bearings of sm all potato milling equipment, especially the oil cups at both ends of the m ain shaft of the grinding separator and the planer separator. Calcium based grease should be added once every 48 hours of operation, and the whole m achine should be m aintained regularly once a month;
All electrical equipment and driving belts on the single m achine of pulverizing unit shall not be wet or watered, so as to avoid short circuit or belt slipping accident; if the transmission belt is found to be slipping, the belt wheel gauge shall be adjusted in time to m ake the belt tight; the wire mesh under the screw of the cleaning m achine is easy to be da m aged after a certain period of time, and it shall be renewed after processing 500000 kg of fresh potatoes; the rack of the device on the shaving drum is used to m ake the belt tight After using for a period of time, if it is found that the production efficiency decreases and the powder slag becomes coarse, the rack should be removed and replaced with a new tooth on the other side for continuous use; after the potato flour milling unit is out of service, the whole m achine should be repaired and m aintained, and the bearing should be cleaned and filled with lubricating oil and grease. All electrical equipment should be provided with moisture-proof measures to avoid affecting the perform ance and service life of the equipment.
