C3B 聚氨酯膠粘劑

C3B 是一款100% 固含、反應(yīng)型熱熔聚氨酯（HMPUR）膠粘劑，專為觸摸屏、手環(huán)、鼠標、導(dǎo)航儀、照相鏡頭模塊等電子產(chǎn)品部件的快速固定而設(shè)計的。

C3B is a solvent-free reactive hotmelt polyurethane (HMPUR) adhesive，specially designed for electronics screen, electronics watches, PC mouse, navigator, camara parts assembling applications.

粘劑強度好： 該產(chǎn)品C3B能夠?qū)ΣＡ?、金屬?/font>PC、ABS等有很好的附著力

Adhesion :   This product has great adhesion to glass, metal, PC, ABS and other meterials.

初粘性好：該產(chǎn)品具有非常好的初粘性能，理想保壓時間在30-45分鐘之間。

Great initial strength： C3B is has high green strength and will not spring back after 30-45min holding time。

較好軟順性：C3B在環(huán)境溫度-25-75^oC溫度范圍內(nèi)都具有很好軟順性，較高拉伸伸長率。

Flxeibility and elongation：This product can be used at -25-75^oC without lossing fexibility and eleongation.

粘度與初黏平衡：C3B 具有較好的初黏與黏度平衡， 是一款市面上較好品質(zhì)的電子膠粘劑產(chǎn)品。

Relative low viscosity:  This product C3B showed good balance of green strength and viscosity，over performs many other products in the electronics market.

通用性好：C3B 能夠粘接多數(shù)與顯示屏有關(guān)的基材，是一款較為通用的產(chǎn)品。

Good Universality : C3B is an universal electronic adhesive for screen and it shows great adhesion to multi-substrates.        

20公斤真空包裝于鋁箔袋中，或30ml, 300ml包裝于厚壁鋁管內(nèi)。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)強化防結(jié)皮處理。

Packed in 20kg straight container with aluminum foil liner, or 30m, 300ml in heavy duty aluminum tube. Product is special treated to prevent from skining.

拉伸強度（PC-PC）：23 ^oC , 50%RH  on  25.4X12.5mm, 拉伸速度:100mm/min）

固化后交替自身特性(介電常數(shù)設(shè)備AS2855-A LKI-I型電感組)：

使用C3B時，高溫下會有微量蒸汽， 應(yīng)保持室內(nèi)良好通風(fēng)和新鮮空氣進入。 

In order to keep away from vapor, good ventilation and fresh air are necessary when used in hot.

始終貯存在原裝密閉的容器中,  產(chǎn)品需室內(nèi)0-25^oC保存，避免與潮氣接觸。開封的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)盡快用完. 

Always keep material in closed container at between 0-25^oC . Do not exposure to wet or any moisture. The opened package shall be used as soon as possible

自生產(chǎn)之日起，封閉的原裝產(chǎn)品包裝有效保質(zhì)期為6個月。注意將要到期的產(chǎn)品先行使用，確保產(chǎn)品品質(zhì). 

The shelf life time for unopened container is 6 months since manufacturing. Always use previous batch first to maintain good shelf life time for purchased product.
