五、性狀：白色結(jié)晶性粉末，易潮解，有咸味。1mol/l水溶液pH值為7.0-9.0。相對(duì)密度（d425）1.570, 熔點(diǎn)292℃, 極易溶于水(235g/100mL, 20℃; 492g/100mL, 62℃)、乙醇(33g/100mL)和甲醇(24.24g/100mL, 15℃)，不溶于乙醚。

六、用途：緩沖劑、中和劑、防腐劑、護(hù)色劑（動(dòng)植物天然色保護(hù)劑）。

七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復(fù)合塑料編織袋包裝，每袋凈重25kg。

八、貯存與運(yùn)輸：本品應(yīng)貯存在干燥通風(fēng)清潔的庫(kù)房中，裝載運(yùn)輸時(shí)要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中防止雨淋受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: It is white crystalline powder. It’s easily deliquescent and tastes salty. PH value of 1mol/L aqueous solution is 7.0-9.0. Relative density（d425） is 1.570. Melting point is 292℃. It’s highly soluble in water (235g/100mL, 20℃; 492g/100mL, 62℃), ethanol (33g/100mL) and methanol (24.24g/100mL, 15℃), but insoluble in ether. 

6、Usage: It is used as buffering agent, neutralizer, preservative and color fixative to 

protect natural colors of animals and plants.

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

      8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
