Description

ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 12 is a low-viscosity, oil-based blank wash and corrosion preventative for cleaning and protecting cold-rolled and zinc coated sheet steel prior and aluminum prior to forming operations. In blankwash systems, it effectively removes surface contaminants to promote a consistent metal finish.

ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 12 provides outstanding lubricity for various metals and substrates, including ferrous, zinc coated, and aluminum. It is particularly designed to enhance the compatibility of adhesives with steel and aluminum surfaces. The oil film provides excellent indoor corrosion prevention for in-process storage of blanks and formed components. It is easily removed with mild alkaline cleaners and is compatible with phosphating processes, electrophoretic paints, and established adhesives used in car body construction.

ANTICORIT PL 39 LV 12 is designed for use in coil and blank washing systems. Use undiluted. It can also be spray or roller applied for use as a forming lubricant.
