隨著熱鍍鋅板用途的不斷擴(kuò)大，在現(xiàn)代化帶鋼連續(xù)熱鍍鋅機(jī)組中，通過對帶鋼光整可達(dá)到以下目的：

①提高薄板的平直度和平坦度,同時也可把表面的鋅粒壓平，使帶鋼表面光滑，這對于以后的深沖和其它使用精度較高的場合都特別有利；
②使用的光整輥，經(jīng)過了預(yù)先噴丸處理，因而經(jīng)過光整的鍍板表面具有一定的粗糙度。它能提高涂層的粘附力，還能儲存一定的量的油脂，

在深沖加工時，對沖模的潤滑有益；
③對于以后作涂漆處理的鍍板，盡管把表面控制成小鋅花但小鋅花仍然能夠透過漆層而顯露出來。所以，對于某些要求高的鍍鋅板，

小鋅花表面需再經(jīng)過光整處理。這樣可使鍍鋅板獲得一個更加均勻一致的銀白色外觀；
④通過光整，可以降低下屈服點，使屈服平臺消失或不太明顯，能夠防止在以后作拉伸或深沖加工時出現(xiàn)滑移線，改善深沖性可能。

③ For later painted plates, small zinc flowers can still be exposed through the paint layer, although the surface is controlled into small zinc flowers.Therefore,

for some high requirements of galvanized plates, the small zinc flower surface needs to be further optical treatment.

This allows the galvanized plate to obtain a more uniform silvery white appearance;

④ Through optical integration, the lower yield point can be reduced, make the yield platform disappears or less obvious,

can prevent the slip line in later stretching or deep flushing processing, and improve the possibility of deep flushing.
