ABB PM802F/ABB PM803F概述:
AC800F控制器主板ABB PM802F/ABB PM803F有6個(gè)槽位及1個(gè)電源槽位,其中有2個(gè)槽位采用快速DMA技術(shù)與CPU直接進(jìn)行高速數(shù)據(jù)通信,這2個(gè)槽位通過插入以太網(wǎng)模件實(shí)現(xiàn)控制層基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn) TCP/IP協(xié)議以太網(wǎng)的信息傳遞,剩余4個(gè)槽位F1…F4采用中斷方式與CPU及主存儲(chǔ)器進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換,每個(gè)模件都可以產(chǎn)生自己的中斷源,強(qiáng)大的中斷控制器及先進(jìn)的多任務(wù)操作系統(tǒng)可以快速響應(yīng)來(lái)自這4個(gè)通信模件的中斷信息及迅速與之進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換,同時(shí)通過優(yōu)先級(jí)的控制可以實(shí)時(shí)接收通信模件的錯(cuò)誤報(bào)告信息CPU板數(shù)據(jù)總線的帶寬為100MB/s,保障來(lái)自各種通信模件的大信息量數(shù)據(jù)快速傳遞到CPU單元進(jìn)行處理。為了保證數(shù)據(jù)最大程度的準(zhǔn)確率,AC800F CPU單元的主存儲(chǔ)器芯片具有錯(cuò)誤檢測(cè)及修改能力,可以檢查32位數(shù)據(jù)字的2位錯(cuò)誤及修改1位錯(cuò)誤PM803主板提高主存儲(chǔ)器的存儲(chǔ)容量為16MB,實(shí)現(xiàn)在AC800F控制器上執(zhí)行大容量的控制程序,但相應(yīng)的程序保持設(shè)備要更新。
加上外圍電路的抗干擾措施不力,而使整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性大大降低,甚至出現(xiàn)故障。因此,在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)予以充分的考慮,在硬件上進(jìn)行適當(dāng)配置并輔以相應(yīng)的軟件,以實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)故障的防范。plc控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性直接影響到企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,plc系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)可靠運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵。因此,分析研究plc應(yīng)用中的可靠性和抗干擾技術(shù)是十分必要的。要提高plc控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性,一是在硬件上采取措施;二是在軟件上設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的保護(hù)程序;因此,plc控制系統(tǒng)的抗干擾非常重要。本文將主要探討plc控制系統(tǒng)中常見的干擾源及其防范措施。
2 干擾源
plc系統(tǒng)的干擾源根據(jù)其來(lái)源分為內(nèi)部干擾源和外部干擾源。內(nèi)部干擾源主要包括:由于元器件布局不合理造成內(nèi)部信號(hào)相互串?dāng)_;線路中存在的電容性元件引起的寄生振蕩;數(shù)字地、模擬地和系統(tǒng)地處理不當(dāng)。外部干擾源包括供電電源電壓波動(dòng)和高次諧波的干擾;開關(guān)通斷形成的高、低頻干擾;動(dòng)力強(qiáng)電信號(hào)在系統(tǒng)中產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電勢(shì)引起的干擾;其它設(shè)備通過電容耦合串入控制系統(tǒng)而引起的干擾等。按鈕、繼電器等工作時(shí)觸點(diǎn)間產(chǎn)生的電弧,雷擊和靜電產(chǎn)生的火花放電,接觸器線圈、斷電器線圈、電磁鐵線圈等感應(yīng)負(fù)載斷開時(shí)產(chǎn)生的浪涌電壓,外界的高頻加熱器、高頻淬火設(shè)備、雜亂的無(wú)線電波信號(hào)、電源電壓的波動(dòng)等等,以上這些都是能夠使plc出現(xiàn)誤動(dòng)作的典型干擾源,以下簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下共模干擾和常模干擾。
(1) 共模干擾
電源線、輸入/輸出信號(hào)線與接地線之間所產(chǎn)生的電位差會(huì)對(duì)plc內(nèi)部回路與各線路的外部信號(hào)之間的寄生電容進(jìn)行放電,引起plc內(nèi)部回路電壓劇烈波動(dòng),這種干擾稱為共模干擾。各導(dǎo)線上感應(yīng)電弧、高電位的感應(yīng)電壓、電波和靜電等均為共模干擾源。寄生電容的容量越小,plc內(nèi)部回路電壓波動(dòng)
