This module is capable of generating high-stability and an extremely precise clock signal for third-party instrumentation or PXI. This module offers a high-accuracy square wave, sine-wave, or 1 pps output. The built-in GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver in the PXIe-3352 provides disciplining for the rubidium oscillator. 

This PXI Synchronization Module comes with a dedicated DC power input to keep the rubidium energized even when the host PXI chassis is powered off. The GPS block incorporated in the PXIe-3352 is a high-performance; self-contained GPS receiver that can acquire on 66 channels simultaneously and track on as many as 22 channels. The Astronics PXIe-3352 has built-in serial, PXIe, and digital interfaces. The serial interface enables this module to communicate with various external devices.
