電解板，又稱電鍍鋅板，即利用電解，在制件表面形成均勻、致密、結(jié)合良好的金屬或合金沉積層的過程。與其他金屬相比，

鋅是相對便宜而又易鍍覆的一種金屬，屬低值防蝕電鍍層。被廣泛用于保護鋼鐵件，特別是防止大氣腐蝕，并用于裝飾。

鍍覆技術(shù)包括槽鍍(或掛鍍)、滾鍍（適合小零件）、自動鍍和連續(xù)鍍（適合線材、帶材）。電解板的鈑金折彎系統(tǒng)，精度準(zhǔn)確、柔性更強，

Electrolytic plate, also known as electrogalvanized plate, is the process of using electrolysis to form a uniform, dense,

well-bound metal or alloy deposits on the surface of the assembly. Compared with other metals, zinc is a relatively cheap and easy to coat metal,

a low value corrosion plating. It is widely used to protect steel parts, especially against atmospheric corrosion, and is used for decoration.

Coating techniques include tank plating (or hanging plating), rolling plating (suitable for small parts), automatic plating, and continuous plating

(suitable for wire, strip). The sheet metal bending system of the electrolytic plate is more accurate and more flexible,

which is suitable for all kinds of high-precision sheet metal processing.
