防掉纖整理劑TexTrit? Zero Drop

Zero Drop 是經(jīng)過技術(shù)改性的自交聯(lián)型丙烯酸樹脂，織物經(jīng)處理后手感柔軟，彈性好，富于豐厚柔軟的風(fēng)格。顯著提高紡織品整體光潔效果及耐久性，并且對于提高全棉、滌棉、滌綸、尼龍、腈綸等合纖及其混紡針織機(jī)織物的抗起球、鉤絲性、干濕摩擦牢度也具有優(yōu)良的效果。

二、使用方法

1.浸軋工藝：

用  量：      30-70g/l  TexTrit? Zero Drop

軋液率：      50-70％   (取決于纖維)

工  藝：浸軋（一浸一軋） → 100℃預(yù)烘1~2分鐘，150℃焙烘1分鐘。

產(chǎn)品性能

1、織物經(jīng)處理后手感柔軟，幾乎對加工物沒有影響。

2、具有優(yōu)良的耐洗滌性能。  

3、提高整理效果的耐久性。

注意事項(xiàng)

1.配制好的溶液請于8小時(shí)內(nèi)使用

2.本品雖對人體沒有毒性，但是在取用時(shí)請小心勿進(jìn)入眼內(nèi)，沾到皮膚。

3.加工液中避免混入陽離子物質(zhì)，請勿高速攪拌加工液。

4.請閱讀說明書并正確使用本產(chǎn)品。

貯    存

存放在陰涼干燥通風(fēng)的地方，該產(chǎn)品的貯存期限至少為1年。開封后盡快用完。如果沒有用完，請蓋緊防止產(chǎn)品受潮或混入異物。

TexTrit? Zero Drop

TexTrit? Zero Drop is a self-crosslinking acrylic acid resin modified with technology. After treatment, the fabric feels soft, elastic and rich. It significantly improves the overall glossiness and durability of textiles. Moreover, it can also improve the anti-pilling, snagging and dry wet rubbing color fastness of pure cotton, polyester/cotton, polyester, nylon, acrylic and other synthetic fibers and their blends.

Usage:

1. Padding process:

Dosage: 30-70g/L TexTrit? Zero Drop

Liquid retention rate: 50-70% (depending on fiber)

Process: Padding (Dip and roll once). Pre-baking at 100 ℃ for 1-2 minutes, and baking at 150 ℃ for 1 minute.

Characteristics:

1. After treatment, the fabric feels soft. The product almost has no effect on the processed fabric.

2. It has excellent washing performance.

3. Improve the durability of finishing effect.

Attentions:

1. Please use the prepared solution within 8 hours

2. This product is non-toxic to human body, but please be careful not to get it into eyes or touch skin when taking it.

3. Please read the manual and use the product correctly.

4. Avoid cationic substances in the working solution. Do not stir the working solution at high speed.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The storage time of the product is at least 1 year. Use up as soon as possible after opening. If it is not used up, please cover it tightly to keep the product from moisture or foreign matters.
