水泥防撞墻模板是制作橋梁、高速公路、省道等路面上的水泥邊墻，這種模板對(duì)抗壓性和耐熱性要求較高一般使用鋼模板，一整套的水泥防撞墻模板由兩塊內(nèi)壁光滑的面板拼裝而成，并且外壁帶有加強(qiáng)勁肋以此保證面板不變形。前部模板是“之”字形彎曲，后部模板則是直板，由螺栓固定可以調(diào)節(jié)墻體的厚度，一般防撞墻的通用高度為81cm。使用時(shí)采用落地式支架方式，將水泥防撞墻模板固定好后將內(nèi)壁放入預(yù)先制作好的鋼筋并灌入C30混凝土，等待5-7天混凝土凝固后拆模養(yǎng)護(hù)即可。

The front formwork is zigzag bending, and the rear formwork is straight plate. The thickness of the wall can be adjusted by bolt fixation. The general height of the anti-collision wall is 81cm. When using, the floor type support method is adopted. After the cement anti-collision wall formwork is fixed, the inner wall is put into the pre-made reinforcement and poured into C30 concrete. After 5-7 days of concrete solidification, the formwork can be removed for maintenance.
