     聚丙烯酰胺是水溶性高分子聚合物，外觀為白色或微黃色粉粒，好可以為客戶加工速溶解超細(xì)粉陰陽非聚丙烯酰胺，PAM細(xì)粉容易吸水，長期受熱分解，分解溫度在200℃以上，在無氧條件下，210℃炭化為黑色粉末。不溶于大多數(shù)有機(jī)溶劑，具有良好的絮凝性，可以降低液體之間的磨擦阻力，聚丙烯酰胺離子特性可分為非離子、陰離子、陽離子和兩性型四種類型。

     聚丙烯酰胺幾乎不溶于苯，乙醚、酯類、丙酮等一般有機(jī)溶劑，其水溶液幾近透明的粘稠液體，屬非危險品，、無腐蝕性，固體PAM有吸濕性，吸濕性隨離子度的增加而增加，PAM熱穩(wěn)定性好；加熱到100℃穩(wěn)定性良好，但在150℃以上時易分解產(chǎn)中氮?dú)?，在分子間發(fā)生亞胺化作用而不溶于水，密度（克）毫升23℃1.302。玻璃化濕度153℃，PAM在應(yīng)力作用下表現(xiàn)出非牛頓流動性。

聚丙烯酰胺特點(diǎn)

聚丙烯酰胺注意事項(xiàng)

    1、絮團(tuán)的大?。盒鯃F(tuán)太小會影響排水的速度，絮團(tuán)太大會使絮團(tuán)約束較多水而降低泥餅干度。經(jīng)過選擇聚丙烯酰胺的分子量能夠調(diào)整絮團(tuán)的大小。

    2、污泥特性： 點(diǎn)理解污泥的來源，特性以及成分，所占比重。依據(jù)性質(zhì)的不同，污泥可分為有機(jī)和無機(jī)污泥兩種。陽離子聚丙烯酰胺用于處置有機(jī)污泥，相對的陰離子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝劑用于無機(jī)污泥，堿性很強(qiáng)時用陽離子聚丙烯酰胺，而酸性很強(qiáng)時不宜用陰離子聚丙烯酰胺，固含量高時污泥通常聚丙烯酰胺的用量也大。

    3、絮團(tuán)強(qiáng)度：絮團(tuán)在剪切作用下應(yīng)堅持穩(wěn)定而不破碎。進(jìn)步聚丙烯酰胺分子量或者選擇適宜的分子構(gòu)造有助于進(jìn)步絮團(tuán)穩(wěn)定性。

    4、聚丙烯酰胺的離子度：針對脫水的污泥，可用不同離子度的絮凝劑經(jīng)過先做小試進(jìn)行挑選，選出較佳適宜的聚丙烯酰胺，這樣即能夠獲得較佳絮凝劑效果，又可使加藥量較少，節(jié)約本錢。

    5、聚丙烯酰胺的溶解：溶解良好才能充分發(fā)揮絮凝作用。有時需求加快溶解速度，這時可思索進(jìn)步聚丙烯酰胺溶液的濃度。
