Locke imported vacuum butterfly valve is suitable for electric power and other industries. The medium is steam or air on the vacuum pipeline. It is used for flow or cut-off. 四、進(jìn)口真空蝶閥產(chǎn)品特點： 

1、采用中線式碟板與短結(jié)構(gòu)鋼板焊接的新型結(jié)構(gòu)形式設(shè)計制造的，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕、便于安裝、流阻小、流通量大，避免高溫膨脹的影響，操作輕便。

五、進(jìn)口真空蝶閥安裝說明：

（1）取掉法蘭端兩邊的保護(hù)蓋，在閥完全打開的狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行沖洗清潔。

（2）安裝前應(yīng)按規(guī)定的信號（電動或氣動）進(jìn)行整機(jī)測試（防止因運輸產(chǎn)生振動影響使用性能），合格后方可上線安裝（接線按電動執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)線路圖）。

（3）準(zhǔn)備與管道連接前，須沖洗和清除干凈管道中殘存的雜質(zhì)（這些物質(zhì)可能會損壞閥座和球）。

（4）在安裝期間，請不要用閥的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)部分作為起重的吊裝點，以避免損壞執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)及附件。

（5）本類閥應(yīng)安裝在管道的水平方向或垂直方向。

（6）安裝點附近的管道不可有低垂或者承受外力的現(xiàn)象，可以用管道支架或者支撐物來消除管線的偏離。

（7）與管道連接后，請用規(guī)定的扭矩交叉鎖緊法蘭連接螺栓。

(1) Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end, and wash and clean when the valve is fully open.

(2) Before installation, the whole machine shall be tested according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) (to prevent the vibration caused by transportation from affecting the use performance), and it can be installed online only after it is qualified (the wiring shall be in accordance with the circuit diagram of electric actuator).

(3) Before preparing to connect with the pipe, the residual impurities in the pipe must be washed and removed (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).

(4) During the installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as the lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.

(5) This type of valve shall be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.

(6) The pipeline near the installation point shall not be sagged or bear external force, and the pipeline support or support can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.

(7) After connecting with the pipeline, please cross lock the flange connecting bolts with the specified torque.
