三、進口電動高壓閘閥結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)點：

1、采用中法蘭螺栓連接，支管兩端為法蘭連接結(jié)構(gòu)。

2、閥座密封面采用鐵基鉻鎳不銹鋼堆焊而成，耐磨、抗擦傷性能好。

3、閥桿表面經(jīng)抗蝕性氮化處理，具有良好的抗腐蝕性和抗擦傷性。

4、電動高壓閘閥的關(guān)閉和開啟由裝在閥蓋上的電動裝置來控制。電動裝置分別配有閥門專用電機、減速箱、轉(zhuǎn)矩控制機構(gòu)、行程控制機構(gòu)、現(xiàn)場操作機構(gòu)，手、電動切換機構(gòu)。閥門的開關(guān)均由行程控制機構(gòu)調(diào)整，調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)矩限制機構(gòu)，可以在行程控制機構(gòu)失靈的情況下，保護閥門。電動焊接閘閥關(guān)閉主要通過電動裝置及能夠調(diào)整的楔式雙閘板、萬向頂、夾圈等組成，借閥體內(nèi)導向作升降運動。

4. The closing and opening of the electric high-pressure gate valve are controlled by the electric device installed on the valve cover. The electric device is equipped with valve special motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism, field operation mechanism, manual and electric switching mechanism. The switch of the valve is adjusted by the stroke control mechanism, and the torque limiting mechanism is adjusted to protect the valve when the stroke control mechanism fails. The electric welding gate valve is mainly composed of electric device and adjustable wedge double ram, universal top, clamp ring, etc., and moves up and down by the guide in the valve body.
