脫水振動篩是煤泥脫水作業(yè)的用設(shè)備，廣泛適用于煤泥回收，壓濾隔粗、過濾隔粗，其他細(xì)物料的脫水、回收等工藝條件。洗沙場脫水篩的應(yīng)用域非常的廣泛，比如礦山、化工、冶金、煤炭、建材等一些行業(yè)，在他們的日常生產(chǎn)工作中都可以用到這個脫水篩。脫水篩是適用于粒度在0.074-5mm、含水量小于7%、無粘性的各種干式粉狀物料的篩分，很大給料粒度不大于10mm。
為什么洗沙場要配套使用脫水篩呢？要知道經(jīng)過洗砂機(jī)洗過的沙子并不是很干凈，沙子含泥量大且過濕（含水量大），并不符合對砂子泥含量低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高的生產(chǎn)需要。因此需要配置脫水篩，砂石經(jīng)由洗砂機(jī)清洗，再經(jīng)過脫水篩二次水洗砂、水力分級、脫泥、脫水，實現(xiàn)合理的粒度配比，將含泥量降到0.7%以下。
