一、進(jìn)口低溫焊接球閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
1、采用了在閥芯上開設(shè)減壓孔的構(gòu)造。
2、墊片是使用了含有具有穩(wěn)定密封性的陶瓷填充材料。
3、閥體輕、尺寸小。為了減少閥體的熱損失,特別是為了保證閥門超低溫下的使用,特意設(shè)計(jì)成重量輕、尺寸小的閥體。
4、長軸閥有低溫流體流經(jīng)的閥,采用長閥桿形式,可以避開外部熱的作用使壓蓋保持常溫,以防止蓋密封件的性能降低。此長度是通過計(jì)算、試驗(yàn)而得出的最佳長度。

三、進(jìn)口低溫焊接球閥產(chǎn)品簡介:
德國洛克進(jìn)口低溫焊接球閥,也叫LNG焊接球閥,低溫不銹鋼焊接球閥,深冷低溫球閥,是指采用焊接的連接方式,指主要用于乙烯,液化天然氣裝置,天然氣LPG LNG儲(chǔ)罐,接受基地及衛(wèi)星站,空分設(shè)備,石油化工尾氣分離設(shè)備,液氧、液氮、液氬、二氧化碳低溫貯槽及槽車、變壓吸附制氧等裝置上,用來對(duì)低溫介質(zhì)進(jìn)行開啟和關(guān)閉的閥門。
LOCKE低溫焊接球閥經(jīng)特殊的低溫處理,將粗加工的零件置于冷卻介質(zhì)中數(shù)小時(shí)(2-6小時(shí)),以釋放應(yīng)力,確保材料的低溫性能,保證精加工尺寸,以防閥門在低溫工況時(shí),因溫度變化造成變形而導(dǎo)致的泄漏。閥門的裝配與普通閥門也不同,零件需經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的清洗,除去任何油污,以保證使用性能。
