一、進(jìn)口消聲止回閥描述:
德國LOCKE洛克進(jìn)口消聲止回閥閥瓣采用進(jìn)出口兩端中心軸導(dǎo)向,啟閉靈活,定位準(zhǔn)確,可水平安裝或垂直安裝,閥瓣采用彈簧加載,其快速的關(guān)閉能有效地減少水錘壓力。密封面采用O形圈彈性密封與金屬硬密封的組合密封結(jié)構(gòu),密封性能好,關(guān)閉時無噪聲。還具有體積小、重量輕、流體阻力小、結(jié)構(gòu)長度小、耐疲勞、壽命長等特點。該閥門安裝于給排水、消防、暖通系統(tǒng)可安裝于水泵出口處,防止回水倒流,而對泵造成損壞。
The imported silencing check valve flap of Locke lock in Germany adopts the central axis guidance at both ends of the inlet and outlet, which is flexible in opening and closing, accurate in positioning, and can be installed horizontally or vertically. The valve flap is loaded by spring, and its fast closing can effectively reduce the water hammer pressure. 四、進(jìn)口消聲止回閥安裝與維護(hù):
1,本閥門通路兩端須堵塞,存在干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)。如長期存放,應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查防銹蝕。
2,安裝前應(yīng)將閥門清洗干凈,并消除在運輸過程中造成的缺陷。
3,安裝時必須仔細(xì)核對閥門上的標(biāo)志和銘牌是否符合使用要求。
4,升降式垂直瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在垂直管道上。
5,升降式水平瓣止回閥應(yīng)安裝在水平管道上。
6,在管線中不要使止回閥承受重量,大型的止回閥應(yīng)獨立支撐,使之不受管系產(chǎn)生的壓力的影響。
7,安裝止回閥時,應(yīng)特別注意介質(zhì)流動方向,應(yīng)使介質(zhì)正常流動方向與閥體上指示的箭頭方向相一致,否則就會截斷介質(zhì)的正常流動。底閥應(yīng)安裝在水泵吸水管路的底端。
8,通式升降式止回閥應(yīng)安裝于水平管路上,立式升降式止回閥和底閥一般安裝在垂直管路上,并且介質(zhì)自下而上流動。
9,止回閥關(guān)閉時,會在管路中產(chǎn)生水錘壓力,嚴(yán)重時會導(dǎo)致閥門、管路或設(shè)備的損壞,尤其對于大口管路或高壓管路,故應(yīng)引起止回閥選用者的高度注意。

2. Before installation, the valve shall be cleaned and defects caused during transportation shall be eliminated.
3. During installation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the mark and nameplate on the valve meet the use requirements.
4. Lift type vertical disc check valve shall be installed on the vertical pipeline.
5. The lift horizontal disc check valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipeline.
6. Do not make the check valve bear the weight in the pipeline, and the large check valve should be supported independently, so that it is not affected by the pressure produced by the pipeline system.
7. When installing the check valve, pay special attention to the flow direction of the medium, make the normal flow direction of the medium consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off. The bottom valve shall be installed at the bottom end of the water pump suction pipeline.
8. The through lift check valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipeline, while the vertical lift check valve and bottom valve shall be generally installed on the vertical pipeline, and the medium shall flow from bottom to top.
9. When the check valve is closed, water hammer pressure will be generated in the pipeline, which will cause damage to the valve, pipeline or equipment in serious cases, especially for the large mouth pipeline or high-pressure pipeline, so highly attention shall be paid to the selection of the check valve.
